She reached him in time. The liquid splashed everywhere.

"Run," she barked.

"Riley?" he asked.

"Run!" she yelled. He obeyed and hurried towards the exit.

The venue filled with commotion. Agent JEN9 looked for her backup They were no longer in position. Someone grabbed her from behind. She squatted and broke away. She came face-to-face with her ally. She ran.

They chased her. She saw Bavol Tui exit safely. She sighed with relief.

An electric shock jolted through her body. She collapsed on the ground, moaning. They carried her away.

Bavol Tui was safe- in exchange for her freedom.

They bound her and drove her to the Texas base, just outside Houston. The other agents didn't speak. She was quiet, too.

She felt wonderful, despite being captured.

She was placed in a small, white room with a television. Her boss stared at her from the screen.

"I can't believe you, Agent."

"Neither can I."

"You will be locked up for this."

"I know."

"I thought you were stronger than this."

"I have never felt stronger."

"Nonsense. Goodbye, Agent JEN9."

The screen blackened.

Agent JEN9 twisted her way out of the ropes. Her ex-backup was lacking many skills.

She broke out of the room and walked to the file room. She easily hacked the computer and found her files.

Within minutes, Agent JEN9's entire past disappeared.

Only Riley remained.
