Jessica’s Pov
“Jessi, thank you wasn’t enough---”
“Nope, thank you is enough for me and you thank me a hundred times now.”
“I actually planned of saying it a thousand times not only a hundred.”
“Silly girl. Why don’t you just give me a hug again?”
With that Tiffany embraced me tightly again.
I can’t contain my happiness by the fact that my bestfriend, Tiffany was proved innocent on the accusations of malpractice and illegal financing. Well, we all knew right from the start that Tiffany can’t do such thing specially in her own Family business. Everything was really a frame up by the person who wants to bring her down and Fany knew who it was but she chose to just kept it to herself and I’ll respect her with that. What matter now is, everything was fine, she can relax and she can sleep peacefully again at night.
“Thank you.” She mumbled again after we pulled off the hug.
“That’s hundred and one already.” I joked.
“I told you I’ll say it for a thous----“ Her sentence was cut off by the ringing of her phone. And she mouthed her girlfriend’s name as the caller then she excused herself and I went back to my chair while my best friend had her way to where my couch is.
I’m about to continue my work when I saw the box of chocolate beside my laptop and there’s go my heart again. How come Yoona was so thoughtful? Gosh! She’s making me fall deeper in love with her. And I’m getting more scared that sooner or later I’ll be hurt by her. Remember what Fany have had said just a while ago when Yoona was still around? It was better if Yoona won’t knew about those things, with that I can see how trustworthy she is then maybe if those things happens and Yoona was still on my side then maybe…..maybe, I can finally confess my feelings towards her. Well, that’s if things will go with my way this time but if not then I will cry hard for my broken heart.
“Ms Jung.” Speaking of the girl I love. She’s peeking her head like the usual thing she was doing before entering my office.
“Come in.” I motioned for her to go inside and she did. In every step she make was matching the loud beat of my heart. Then the memories of last night. That awkward moment we had in my kitchen. It was really so awkward that we had a deadly silent dinner. No one is actually talking but right when we are cleaning the plates, that’s when everything went back to normal that led us to cuddling the whole night ‘til morning. And I can’t be more happy by the fact that I woke up hugging the most beautiful creature of God.
I’m more looking forward to wake up every morning with her by my side secure in my arms.
“Is that for me?” I haven’t noticed that Fany was already done talking to her girlfriend and she was now standing beside Yoona in front of my table.
“Yes maám.” Then Yoona handed Fany the other cup.
“How sweet of you. Thank you.” Fany gave her a sweet eye smile which Yoona smiled in return.
“I’ll leave you two again. Please call me if you still need anything.” Yoona said giving me the same smile she gave with Tiffany before excusing herself.
“Is she still single?” my bestfriend asked right after Yoona have closed the door or my office
“Why are you asking?”
“Oh, don’t give me your bitchy side. I’m just asking if she was.” She said rolling her eyes. “Everyone was actually wrong, your secretary was beyond cute because she was so gorgeous.” I almost cringe at Fany’s voice, she looks like a fan whose fangirling over her idol. And about everyone talking about my secretary? Well, I knew that Yoona was now a center of everyone's attention, specially she was my secretary, of course they would talk about her. “Tell me Jessi, is she still single?”
