"Dadi?" Both Karthik and Naira say and go down to the hall. The whole family had arrived in the hall by then.
"Radhe Krishna. Mein Karthik ki dadi. I just wanted to talk to you all." GDadi says
"Radhe Krishna. Maaf kariye par humko aapse kuch baath nahi hai karne ki." Bua Dadi replies.
"Aap log mere baath ko sunne padenge. Aise kaise kar saktein hain aap mere Kittu ke saath. Aur Naira toh" GDadi is cut off by Karthik.
"Naira kya? Batayie dadi. Naira kya? Aap kis haq se yeh baath keh rahi hai?" He questions.
"Karthik." Naira chides and Karthik ignores her.
"Main kyun chup rahun? Tum inhe maaf kar sakti ho mein nahi. Batayie dadi. Yeh log bhi wahi kar rahen hain joh aap karke ayi hain."
"Kittu woh Naira..." GDadi stammers. "Woh pregnant hai aur yahan sab usse dant rahein hain."
"Acha! Aaj toh aapko bahut pyaar aya hai Naira pe. Kal tak toh yeh aapke liye kuch nahi thi." Karthik taunts.
Naira texts Keerti and Shubam that Gdadi is here and asks them to come fast. They also reply saying they realized that's where she is coming so they are already on their way here.
"Karthik chup hoja. Dadi aap please baitiye na. Paani lenge?" Naira tries to diffuse the situation.
"Maine kaha na main chup nahi rahungi. Uss galti maine ek baar karli, aaj phir woh nahi karunga." Karthik shouts and Naira jerks back.
"How dare you shout at my daughter like that? We may be angry at her doesn't mean you can ill treat her and we'll keep quiet." Naitik shouts at Karthik.
"Damad se baath karne ka tarika nahi hai?" GDadi taunts.
"Aapko tha? Sir toh mujhe meri galti ki wajah se daant rahein hain. Aap jiju ko kabhi respect dhi hai? Nahi na? You behaved so badly with him still he used to keep quiet and made us stay silent. Woh bhi damad hi teh na aapke." Karthik states.
"Kynki main aapka pota aur jiju aapke aanko mein ek aanad. Correct? Aapne kal tak na Jiju ko, Naira ko aur to aur Ansh ko accept ki hain. Aap inhe kis muh se baath karne aye hain?"
"Aap meri dadi hain aur hamesha respect karunga, par aapne toh humara pyaar kab ka kho chuke hain. So you know what dadi? Aap yahan se ja saktein hain. Meri sasural walon ko aapki dyaan ki zaroorat nahi hai. Kisi ki bhi nahi hai. They have every reason to behave the way they do. Jaayiee please." He folds his hands and shows her the door.
Shubam and Keerti are standing there and looking at GDadi with disappointment. GDadi tries to speak up when Keerti stops her.
"Karthik sahi keh raha hai. For the past so many years you didn't care about Naira or Ani, why now? Naira and Ani might forgive you every time but I won't. Aap toh baar baar yehi bolti thi na WOH LADKA TUMHE CHODKAR CHALA JAYEGA. WOH TUMHE AUR USS BACHA KO CHOD DEGA. Vahi hua. Aap ab kush honge. Meri zindagi toh karab karli mere bhaiyon ko toh chodiye."
She leaves from there with Shubam and Karthik also goes to Naira's room taking Naira with him. GDadi leaves from Singhania house heart broken.
Everyone at SH were shocked by the happenings and have so many questions. Naitik did realise one thing, Karthik does truly love Naira
