Aaaaghhhh...I can't believe Owen. After we got the info about Lugia and Ho-Oh, he just goes off to Ecruteak! I mean, does he ever think before he acts?! The answer? Definitely never. Then again, that's typical of my wild friend. Anyhow, if Owen's going after Ho-Oh, guess I have to take on Lugia, the Diving Pokemon. I'm a little scared, to tell you the truth. Owen Kai, if you are reading this (if your are, you're asking for a death wish from yours truly), you're probably gonna say, "But Raina, you're strong on your own! Why are you out of all people scared?" Well, to answer that, Lugia is a Psychic and Flying-Type while my Lucario is a Fighting and Steel-Type. Lugia has a lot of advantages over one of my main Pokemon. But, I'm ready to face Lugia, even if it's the last and final thing I'll be doing in my life.
I closed my journal and strapped my bag on. If Owen's going to Ho-Oh, then that means I have to face Lugia. I'm not angry about that, though. Owen saw Ho-Oh, and I saw Lugia. I'm mad at Owen for ditching me at the library! I mean, like, who just ditches a girl for a Pokemon?!
I sighed, getting Flygon out. "Whirl Islands, buddy." Yes, unlike my friend who chose to sleep rather than find the answers to his questions, I found the answers for both of us. I found out that Lugia is the guardian of the Whirl Islands and that it lives there. I got on my Flygon and started my way to the Whirl Islands.

I got off of Flygon and returned him into his Poke Ball. I looked forward with my Plusle, who was on my shoulder. I'm finally here.
The Whirl Islands.
I held my breath and went inside the cavern. Let's do this. I'm going to see Lugia. And I'll do whatever it takes.
