As her pod took off to Earth it began burning up. Sarah remained as calm as she could be in these circumstances.
Sparks began flying from within the pod. She flinches when one lands on her shoulder.
The pod enters earths atmosphere and starts to spin out of control. Kal makes his way towards the pod and stabilises it, allowing Sarah to face him. They share a look before he swings his fist towards the glass. She moves her head out of the way, and closes her eyes before anything can get in them.
With the door no longer in there way, Kal pulls Sarah into his chest protectively and just in time to because in the next few seconds the pod crashes into some corn fields.
Sarah could feel the heat of the explosion getting closer to her back, but before it could reach her Kal turns, his back takes the heat wave.
Kal slowly lowers onto the demolished cornfield, "Are you alright?" He asks Sarah in concern,
"Yeah," she replies with a small smile,
"Lois," Kal whispers turning towards the woman coming towards them,
"I didn't want to tell them anything, but they did something to me. They looked inside my mind—"
"It's okay, Lois. They did the same thing to us,"
"So, you're the famous Lois, Jor-el mentioned?" Sarah questions, "I'm Sarah Rogers," she introduces herself.
Lois Lane looks Sarah up and down, "What are wearing?" Sarah looks down to see she's still in her Amazonian Armour, "Right," she mumbles, then wills her superhero suit to come on.
"That's better," Sarah looks up, "What?" She questions seeing there faces,
"How did you do that?" Lois asks.
"I'm not actually sure, it just sort of happens when I want to suit up, comes in handy,"
"A mask to conceal your identity, Smart," Lois says then turns to Kal, Sarah assumes it's because he doesn't have one on, "he wears glasses,"
"Glasses?"
"Lois," Clark reprimands jokingly.
"I'm surprised no one, but me has figured you out yet," Lois continues.
"Why haven't I heard about you, Kal?" Sarah finally questions, surely an enhanced being, let alone alien, would've been apart of signing the Accords.
Suddenly his facial expression changes and it definitely wasn't because of what Sarah said, "what's wrong?" Lois questions.
"Hey," Sarah says, this catches Kal's attention, "Take me with you. Whatever it is I can help," She says.
In that brief second Kal looks into Sarah's eyes before pulling her into him, "Hold on," he says then takes off into the air.
Kal flew towards his house at the speed of light, he looks down concerned for Sarah, but she looks perfectly fine.
Sarah squints her eyes when a ship comes into view, now able to see Zod overing over a woman, "Where has he hidden it?" He yells in anger.
"Let me go, I'll protect the woman,"
"She's my mother,"
"Even more of a reason to protect her, now go get him," She says teleporting out of his strong grip, which was probably not the best idea. When she teleported to the ground it causes her to roll a few times. Not really heroic.
A piercing whistle like sound captures their attention. Zods manages to turn his head before a blur whisks him away.
Now on her feet, Sarah manages to steady herself protectively in front of the woman, "Might as well go back to where you came from because I can do this all day," She states gripping her daggers,
Faora narrows her eyes at the strange woman. A smile etching on her face the longer she stares at Sarah's weapons. This woman is a warrior like herself and Faora knows it, 'She would be a wonderful Opponent,' Faora thinks, itching for a noble fight.
Seeing Nam advancing towards Sarah, Faora stops him, "Back to the ship," she orders. With General Zod gone she's next in command,
"The women," Nam interjects, extending his arm towards Sarah.
Sarah looks at the pair of Kryptonian's questionably, ready for any move they make.
Faora fails to spare Sarah another glance, "We leave them. There are more pressing matters, Nam-ek," She replies to him, her immediate thoughts of fighting Sarah? She let them go. Their first priority was General Zod.
Faora continues her statement, "Rest assured they will meet the same end as the rest of the humans...One more so then the other's," Faora mumbles making her retreat to the Kryptonian ship.
When Faora and Nam clears the ramp, it closes up. And the Kyptonanian vessel lifts off in the direction Kal took General Zod.
Sarah's eyes falls to Martha. Martha's hands are shielding her face, "Everything's alright now, Ma'am. They are gone," Sarah says placing a gentle hand on Martha's shoulder.
"You don't now me, but I'm with your son, Kal,"
