I arrived at my apartment and want straight to bed. I woke up to banging on my door, So I got dressed in a Polo shirt and some jeans. I went to the door and said "who is it?" "NYPD we have a warrant for your arrest!" I ran to my bedroom and threw open the window and jumped out to the fire escape. I slid down the ladder and hopped in my car that was parked out back. I sped away but the cops heard the tires screech and called for backup. I was going 97 mph down the freeway in my 2016 Corvette , then a squad car swerved out in front of me and I crashed. I flew out of the windshield and onto the hot freshly paved road. They ran up to me, guns drawn and screamed "Let me see your hands"! As if I could move, they kept screaming "Let me see hands"! At this moment I knew that I screwed up, it was over. I couldn't feel any pain, all I knew is that I couldn't move. I was born with a nerve disorder where I cannot feel pain. Some people would say it is a gift, To me it is a burden. See pain helps you realize danger, I can't tell if I got punched or stabbed, burnt or shocked. This was the end, I would go to prison for a crime I didn't commit and maybe be paralyzed in the process.
