Chapter 8

Applejacks POV

Once me and Rainbow got home she instantly fell to the couch sighing in relief to be home. I walked over to my exhausted girlfriend and kiss her on the forehead and smiled at her, she smiled back. Suddenly her smile turned to a frown, I was honestly confused in why her face expression changed so suddenly. Maybe she wasn't feeling well? I don't know.

Aj: " Are ya okay Rainbow? " I asked, while touching her forehead to see if she was warm, but she was fine. Well- her head wasn't warm or anything, could it be the stomach flu? " Do yah got the stomach flu? " I asked her again still feeling around the cyan girls head.

Rd: " Aj, I'm fine. Really. My head just hurts, that's all nothing big. " she reassured me that she was okay, and grabbed my wrist to move my hand away from her forehead.

I didn't believe that she was 'fine' but I tried ignoring it for right now. I smiled and kissed her forehead, I loved Rainbow and I didn't want her to think she has to keep anything from me, because she doesn't. I want her to be able to trust me and be able to tell me whatever is on her mind, and I want her to be able to trust me with her personal life. Rainbow was never the "opening" type, what I mean by that is that she doesn't normally love opening up to people, and doesn't like them in her personal life. She's her own girl and has her own way of relieving stress, and anger and even sadness, none of us know what her way is, not even her childhood best friend Fluttershy. But one time she came to school with bandages on her knuckles and under those bandages were bruises, she wouldn't tell us what caused them obviously.

Aj: " Yah got a cut on yer head, could that be why yer head hurts? " I asked her while examining the cut on my lovers head.

Then I see a cyan hand reach for the cut, once the cyan hand met the cut it suddenly pulled away.

Rd: " oof.. ouch, that could be it. It still hurts haha. " She chuckled.

I kept on examine the cut on her head and suddenly it hit me, I have cream in the bathroom for cuts. I suddenly ran up the stairs saying nothing which probably left Rainbow very confused. I grabbed the cream from the bathroom and ran back down to my lover and I was right she was extremely confused haha.

Aj: " Sorry ah ran off like that, ah just had to get this cream. That's all, this cream here will help yer cut. " I showed the confused teen the cream, suddenly Rainbow grabbed it out of my hands and read the description on the bottle.

Rd: " oh. Alright then. " she carelessly handed me the cream back with a sigh.

I put some on my finger and started rubbing it into the wound on Rainbows forehead, she flinched. A lot. I couldn't blame her though, this stuff stings, bad to! Including when it's just going on a new wound, mainly what it's made for. New opened infected wounds.

Rd: " ouch Aj.. "

Aj: " you idiot.. "

After finally putting the cream on Rainbow's wound we decided to call in our friends only a few could attend, such as; Rarity, Pinkie, and Fluttershy. But we're okay with only having three here, Rainbow should be resting anyways.

Me and Rainbow were sitting on the couch and cuddling while watching The Walking Dead. Suddenly as soon as a good part was gonna happen Rainbow had to pause it due to knocking on the door, Rainbow got off of me to let me let our friends and yep, I was right again. It was all our friends, well not all just the three of them but yeah.

R: " Hey darlings! How are ya feeling Rainbow dear? " She walked into my house like it was her own walking over to my girlfriend looking at her wound.

Rd: " Fine, it just hurts hahah, but I'll be alright. Plus I'm strong as hell! We all know that. " Rainbow replied to the fashionistas question, but she added some of her cocky attitude in it as well.

F: " hey applejack.. " Fluttershy greeted me, I looked over at her and smiled greeting her back.

Then came Pinkie.. oh god.

Pp: " APPLEJACK!! " she screeched while clutching my ribs together in her great embrace.

Aj: " h-heya p-pinkie.. can't b-reathe.. " I stuttered to say while trying to catch my breath, suddenly I let out a huge breath when the party planner let go of her embrace.

Pp: " hehe. Sorry Aj! " She giggled.

Aj: " it's fine Pinkie. "

R: " okay darlings, what do you all wanna do? " Rarity asked while putting her arm around Rainbow. I swear I could feel my blood boiling up, but Rainbow didn't seem to care- I don't think she thought anything of it.

Rd: " CONTINUE WATCHING THE WALKING DEAD! " my girlfriend hollered running back to the couch to continue the show, I giggled at her childish behaviour. Then I looked over at Rarity and my eyes widened when I saw her..

Blushing..?
