Soja's POV

First day of class

"Soja, gising na. Male-late ka sa first class mo."

That's my big sis. She has been my alarm clock ever since day one.

We're roommates nga pala. We sleep in a double deck.

Without a doubt, I opened my eyes. Ayaw ko mapagalitan eh.

"Yes, ate. Nakadilat na." I said while scrolling through my phone.

Ganito ako every day. I mean, sino ba ang hindi? Right after we open our eyes, we grab our phones and scan through our messages and notifications. Generation Z, kaway kaway!

I stood up from bed and went to the bathroom. Kaso... nandoon pa pala yung lil sis ko.

"Lija, paki-bilis naman!" I said irritatingly.

She's always like this. She spends forever in the bathroom. She acts like no one else is getting ready aside from her. Nakakainis!

"Mag-intay ka nga. Ikaw 'tong late na gumising eh." she replied.

Hindi na ako sumagot. This will end in a war kapag pinatulan ko pa siya.

I grabbed my phone again and sat above the kitchen sink while waiting. I am already receiving messages from my former yet new classmates, sila Tom and Sam. All of us weren't really ready for the future. So, when I told them I'm taking up GAS strand. They did too. In short, we're just a bunch of undecided pupils who decided to push through with SHS because we ought to.

Since we were undecided, we ended up going to a school nearest to our houses. Asia Pacific College. It's around Makati. According to everyone, it's a great school who prioritizes IT. So, okay na rin. Updated daw sila sa Technology eh. Plus, doon din kasi nag-aral kuya ko.

"Oy! Ikaw na!" sigaw ni Lija. Sa wakas! Natapos na rin siya!

Some of you might think, bakit diretso ligo siya? Hindi ba siya kakain?  Well, for starters, I don't eat breakfast.

While I'm taking a bath, hindi pwedeng walang music. I opened Youtube and searched for White Ferrari. Then, boom! That's it. My day is already complete.

I would die without listening to Frank Ocean. He is my daily dose.

"Soja, 40 minutes nalang gaga ka!" sigaw ni ate. F*ck! I lost track of the time.

I quickly finished and head inside the room to dress up. We don't have uniforms. Instead, we wear corporate attire from Monday to Thursday. Tuwing Friday lang pwede mag-casual.

I wore a white long sleeve, gray skirt, long socks, and heels.

"Wear this red ribbon." sabi ni Ate habang inaabot sa akin yung cute na ribbon.

After wearing it, I realized something. "Sailormoon vibes ako! Gaga!" sabi ko kay Ate.

She laughed and told me, "Cute naman eh."

Whatever she says, I believe. She is the reason why I can't wear basic outfits.

No way! If possible, mala-Jennie Kim sana ang outfit ko so I would slay even when I'm dead. Hahaha!
