Chapter 6: A Wet Night and Dream*

Gohan doesn't expect his mother to react like this after those awkward comments from his father; she would throw a temper tantrum and may break some of his bones if needed. Bulma sighs heavily and prays for the best. Vados remains quiet most of the time, with her face still red. After the meal, the deities go back to their planet.

"I know you did that on purpose."

Beerus and his dead stares make the Angel nervous. He may die this time for real.

"Who knows."

"Shut your trap."

The cat touches down the ground and marches to his chamber to take a nap. Meanwhile, the Saiyan drinks a cup of tea and watches the sunset with Vados. Slowly, he closes his eyes while holding her hand. Chichi reads a magazine, drinks some water, and walks inside to take care of Pan.

"He's got some nerves doing that in front of his wife."

Master Roshi says, and everyone nods their heads. The Angel looks up and sees Gohan approaches her.

"It seems that you're mistaken, your father and me. We're friends."

"Is that all?"

"Yes."

Goku opens his eyes and gives big yawning and ends the chat. He waves goodbye to his friends and travels back to his planet. After the duo left, Chichi comes out and calls Goten to fly her home. She keeps coughing nonstop, and she has to cover her mouth. Then, bright fluffy blood appears on her hand, which she hides it away from her son.

"Are you okay, mom?"

Goten looks concerned

"I am, my dear boy."

Chichi smiles. That night, a woman is crying. The next day, Vegeta and Cabba have a match in Hyperbolic Time Chamber. The Prince amazes at the brat's skills; he also gained the evolved form. They hold each other's hands and push their powers to the maximum.

"Not bad at all, Cabba."

Vegeta smirks.

"No, you're still holding back."

Cabba lands his kneel in this stomach and fires a Galick Ho. The Prince also does the same technique, and the clash is strong enough to be felt outside of the room.

"At this rate, the room will be destroyed."

Dende says as he looks on the ground, shaking rapidly. Cabba comes out of the smoke and emerges behind his master and kicks him above the sky. He reappears in front of him and continues to punch him down.

"This is my power."

The Prince smirks as he catches Cabba's fist and delivers a blow in the stomach. The pupil groans in pain and drops his Blue form shortly.

"You should be proud of yourself, brat."

Vegeta gives a rare smile and carries Cabba out of the room.
