Life's a cold bitch

The sound of distant chattering evaded his mind, it only lasted a couple of minutes, but he could tell they were panicked whispers. Deku had blacked out from the shock of finding out he was pregnant and was currently laying on his bed, back in his room. Ururaka had used her quirk 'Zero gravity' to make him lighter, initially making him easier to carry back to his dorm.
Slowly but surely. The world around him slowly became brighter as he regained consciousness. But did he really want to wake up? At this moment he wished that it was all just some stupid dream and that he could go back to being a normal teenage boy. But what can I say, life's a cold bitch.

Time skip 20 minutes:

Deku awoke with a start. Panting and sweating like a lunatic. He checked his surroundings, soon realizing he was in his dorm and sighed in relief. He felt sad, angry and scared, and had no idea why. He couldn't fully remember what had happened in the events prior to being unconscious, he looked at the wall where his many all might posters resided, imagining what had happened, he was unable to get a clear answer, that was a feeling he was now becoming quite familiar with.

He rubbed his face with his hands as he tried to recall the events. Frustrated at himself, he started to agree with some of the hurtful things Kacchan had called him. "Think Izuku you moron, think! Kacchan's right, you are a useless Deku!" He had fully given up on trying, doing what he did best, he began to cry into his all might pillow. He later deciding to just text ururaka and ask her to come to his room, she might be able to tell him what was going on. (oh my god, I can't write, I'm so bad at this 😭)

Time skip 10 minutes:

Deku waited, constantly checking the time while nervously fidgeting with his hoodie sleeve. 10:45 am turned over to 10:46 am, making him even more nervous.
The door clicked open suddenly and ururaka came bolting in. Deku jumped up, toppling off the side of the bed.

"DEKU!? ARE YOU ALRIGHT!? I got your message a little late, I'm sorry. What's wrong!?"

Before answering he threw himself back up onto the bed, he looked at ururaka with an irritated glare.
She instantly met his furious green eyes and muttered a quick "sorry, for not knocking." After sighing and pinching the bridge of his nose, he spoke.
"Oh, Ummmm, right...do you remember what happened in recovery girls office, I think I hit my head too hard. My memory's a little fuzzy." What had happened, he continued to question himself as he placed a hooked index finger over his mouth as he concentrated hard.

Looking back up at Ururaka, he was shocked to find her completely silent, her face contorted in an unreadable glare, her mouth opening to form a perfect 'O' shape.

"WHAT!? You're fucking pregnant, how the hell could you forget!?"
He was taken aback by her confused and annoyed tone, but then everything started coming back to him. Her shouts seemed to have struck a sensitive nerve, causing his eyes to well up with fresh tears.

Deku fell to his knees, eyes soulless and empty as he tried not to cry. The floor had become his favourite thing to looks at, he loved it so much that he would literally break an arm and a leg just to spend some quality time with it. (hehe)

Ururaka bent down next to him and enveloped him in a tight, but not too tight, hug.
"I'm sorry for yelling at you, I was just really stunned."
She still felt a twinge of guilt, knowing that yelling at an emotionally instable and now pregnant teen, wasn't the best way to deal with a situation.

Her heart broke a little bit when he began sobbing loudly into her U.A hoodie, and all she could do to make him feel better was to stroke his hair and to tell him that everything was gonna be alright, but it wasn't.

Deep down she knew that there was nothing she could do for her friend, she felt totally and utterly useless.

But at least she could try, words were more powerful than people believed them to be.

"Everything is okay, I'm never gonna let you feel like you can't do anything, because Deku is the name of a hero, not a failure. So, just remember that your friends will always look out for you. Because that's what friends are for." She hugged him tighter as his heart wrenching sobs became louder.
"I've got you and I'm never gonna let you go."
Her soft words were invaluable to the hysterical green haired teen. They were the kind that stuck with you for the rest of your life.
