Unidentified Shadow And Me

chapter three

At home,
     In evening I'm preparing dinner for myself when I hear the familiar gentle but deep voice

"How are you,Anna"

I ignore,and keep on doing my work moment later I feel someone come close to me and whispers in my ears
 
"Anna,I love you!"

I again simply ignore the presence and puts my plate on table.

"Anna will you be my friend!"

It's strange right? So I get shock and turns to face the black shadow near sink,I take a long deep breath and then calmly said..

"I'll be but first tell me who you are?"

"I can't tell you,you have to find out who I Am?"

"How?"

"Just be my friend"

"For how long?"

"Until you know my true self"

"Then,it's okay"

"Okay"

The shadow disappears and I lost my appetite but still I start eating some food....
While eating I realize that I'm not caring about Jacob and his behaviour the only thing which bothers me now is only "how's shadow was he?" I keep on questioning myself "why he become polite? May I somehow know him?"  These all questions keep revoluing inside my brain....

Days passed without any nightmares,without any connection with Jacob, without having contact with that shadow Now finally it's sunday....
I wake up fresh but bit dizzy I'm laying on bed staring ceiling and thinking hard about the shadow,

I somehow wants to see him I'm waiting for him to appear again I want to have a whole conversation with him.....

It's 3:00pm,
I'm cleaning my house in whole dirty look and dancing along with the music playing on t.v

The windows open and I go to closed it because wind always disturb my mood and work so,I close it and sits on sofa for taking rest and as I said I'm a fast sleeper so I off to my Dreamland.....

"Hy, finally you come back I've waited for you"

"You missed me"

"Yeah,a little bit" I pout and looks at shadow Infront of me against the wall I eagerly want to see the man who's shadow is he....because I'm falling for just a shadow so what if I see the man who owns this shadow

"I want to see your face,want to touch you but you are just a shadow....are you ghost or who you really are?"

"I'm a ghost but if you want you can see me!"

"What's with if.....!" I excitedly jump from from my sofa because I want to know the way from which I can see his body and face.

"Once you start trusting me,believing me and when you somehow fall for me then you eventually starts seeing my face,my body"

"Hmm...hmmm" I sits back again and start thinking...

Door bell rings,
I open my eyes it's 4:00pm so I saw a dream but it feels so real as I'm talking with him in reality....
Door bell again rings...I immediately open door without asking who's there....

"Hello,baby how are you we are back home"

So my parents come back from their vacations....I'm bit nervous because they come earlier then I expected they goes to island for celebrating their anniversary and for some business achievement and they plan their trip for 15 days but come after 9days..

"Mom,Dad you guys come earlier!" Awkward question right I also feel the awkwardness but they both laughed and hug me

"We come earlier because we want to spend your birthday with you"

"My birthday?"

"Yes, tomorrow's your birthday don't you remember"

Oh yes I forget my own birth date how stupid I am I thought in my mind and smiled...

I eat dinner with my parents and after having a happy meal I go back to my room play music in phone and change into my night dress and then I fell asleep happily I'm feeling much safe now,

Next morning,

I wake up and get ready for university then I come downstairs where mom is waiting for me to join her on breakfast..

"Hy,mom good morning"
"Good morning,did you sleep well"
"Yes,how are you feeling"
"I'm good..by the way your dad invites you on dinner tonight it's a special dinner"
"Hmm.. surprise Huh"I laugh

We both enjoy breakfast and then I kiss her and left for my class...

In university,

Maria as usual come late in class and sits next to me and whisper

"Happy Birthday my love"

We both exchange smiles and concentrate on class...
After class Jacob stops me in hallway

He's looking tired, sleepless, his eyes are red and hairs are messy...his overall look seems so poor

"Anna,i need to talk with you"

"And surprisingly I don't "

"Please,Anna listen me just for once, please"

He never requested before what happened to him he never said please to anyone he always seems cold city boy but today he's looking totally opposite even his voice sounds so low and merciful.

"Okay,I'm listening"

"No,not here can we go somewhere private"

I looks at Maria she nods her head pointing me to go and listen..so I follow him inside the music room.

In music room,

"So Jacob what's the matter"

He looks at me and then around the whole room he seems so scared,but he open his mouth after gulping...

"That that sha.dooow!"
