Audrey Tapped her Pencil to her lips as she stared down at her drawing. In all honesty it sucked, she was not in her art grove today, and it didn't help that Mr.Green beanie over there was sitting three seats over. She was trying her damnedest to ignore him, but he just kept catching her eye pay attention to your damn suck fest or a drawing she screamed in her head.
This was why dating was not on her to do list, because guys were distracting. An this one, well he was just pissing her off with all of his cuteness. For the first time since she started this class she was praying it would just end, she looked up at the clock on the wall and sighed. She still had another hour; great. She set her pencil down and shook her hands out while she stretched her back and neck. She needed to get this sucky energy out of her body and get her good art juices flowing.
Well apparently they were not going to flow today, she staring at her drawing with a feeling of hatred. She just wanted to rip her paper to shreds, damn boy's. Her teacher walked behind her and lightly touched her arm "Audrey, how is everything going?" she asked in her normal everything is sunshine and flowers kinda way.
"It sucks" Audrey said blankly.
Mrs. Brookes gasped "Audrey, that is not true." She glanced down at the paper and frowned "I'll Admit, its nothing compared to your normal work, but if you work on it I know you could have a real gem." She smiled down at Aubrey and then walked to the next student.
Even in the sweet way she said it, she basically agreed with Audrey. It sucked. She needed a cigarette, she didn't even smoke but right now she figured this was the reason smokers continued there habit. The bull crapolla that was life. There was only five minutes left of class, she packed up her supplies and just sat there waiting to be dismissed. This Thursday was really starting to feel like a Monday, and she was glad she didn't work tonight, she would go home study and try to fix this shit hole of a drawing.
As she walked though the campus toward the North parking lot she mentally yelled at herself. Why the hell had she let a guy whom she didn't even know the name of affect her this way. The little butterfly bull shit that was going on in her stomach right now at just the thought of him pissed her off even more. He kicked her keys she should be mad at him not swooning over him.
The parking lot was busy, but that wasn't anything new. Students with classes ending at 5:30pm leaving and Students with classes beginning at 6pm trying to find some last minute parking. Her car was all the way at the end of row 9, there hadn't been any other parking when she got here for her Chemistry class at 2pm. She walked slowly not wanting to fall today, that would just be the icing on her crappy day cake, and she really didn't need the icing.
Audrey lived about twenty minutes from campus, she and her two room mates shared a 3 bedroom house that they rented for just under $900 a month. It was a fucking steal truly, most 3 bedrooms went for around $1000 or $1300 in this area. Audrey liked the house, it was big and pretty, and she liked her roommates too. They were both fashion majors, and dressed like they were walking on the runway.
Lorra was a strawberry blonde, with piercing ice blue eyes. She was the shorter of the two about 5'2, but you couldn't tell unless you looked at her feet, she wore some crazy 6in heals on a daily basis. Audrey had no idea how she walked in the slush without dying on campus.
Then there was Tara, she was a slender little redhead, with carmel brown eyes, she was about 5'5 and 5'8 in heels. She always wore her hair down, letting her crazy curls run free, her hair always reminded Audrey of a fire and she had the attitude to match.
Walking thought the door she smelled the aroma of something yummy coming from the kitchen, Kile must be over. Kile was Tara's boyfriend, he was a cutie, and a great cook too, which worked out because if they had to survive off Tara's cooking skills they would both be dead. "Whatcha making me Kile?" Audrey asked as she hung her coat in the hall closet. Kile's laughter echoed softly though the house.
