❤️Chapter 2❤️

The first night was ok, teddy only cried once but it took him forever to fall back asleep. Draco stayed up with him and told Harry to go back to bed, but Harry stayed outside of the door all night, waiting for Draco to come out.

Harry woke up this morning with a weight on his shoulder, when he turned his head, he was greeted by a cloud of blonde hair. Malfoy?! Harry looked around and saw he was still sitting in the hallway and Draco was leaning on him. "Malfoy. Malfoy, wake up!"

Draco lifted his head slowly and peered around the empty hallway, he looked at Harry and knitted his eyebrows into a confused expression. "Potter why are we in a hallway?" He asked innocently, 'guess the rudeness is in his coffee.' Harry thought while standing up and giving Draco his hand. Draco stood up and went back into teddy's room but then felt a hand on his arm, "I'll take care of him, you get ready."

Draco smiles and left the room, Harry was way in over his head. He lifted the sleeping baby out of the crib and woke him up, big mistake, teddy started to scream and cry. Draco came running upstairs and trampled the door down, "Potter what the actual fuck did you do?!" He boomed as he took teddy out of Harry's arms.

They tried everything, feeding him, rocking him, the only thing they hadn't tried was singing. "Draco you got to sing to it!" "I will not!" He argued, teddy was slowly losing his voice and his hair was going haywire. "Fine!" Draco took baby teddy from Harry and rocked him slowly, (play music at the top), "wise men say. Only fools rush in. But I can't help, falling in love with you..." Draco continued singing and Harry was blown away.

He loved the way Draco cared for teddy like he was his own kid. He loved the way Draco swayed when he sang and even the way he sang, his eyes has a blue tint when the light hit them just right. His lips were pink and looked so soft and plump, how did he not notice this before?

He slowly walked over to Draco and looked at the baby he was holding. Teddy was starring at Draco in awe holding on to a sting hanging off the blond's shirt. "Take my hand, take my whole life too." Draco looked up a little shocked to see his old friends and Harry's in the door "but I can't help falling in love with you!" They all sang and Draco was taken back and pansy gave him a reassuring smile. "Don't kill potter after this." She whispered and took the baby from Draco's hands and continued the song.

Draco looked over at Harry who was hugging Hermione and smiling, she nodded at something then he bent down and spoke to her stomach. He said something to make Ron laugh and Hermione hit the back of his head, Blaise came over and patted him on the shoulder. "So pansy's telling the truth, your still head over heals in love with him aren't you?" He asked ruffling Draco's hair, "damn you zambini.".

Time skip:dinner 6:30 pm

So it turns out Harry invited everyone over for dinner to meet teddy and Draco was livid. Right now they were all around the table eating and talking, Hermione was holding teddy and feeding him mashed potatoes. Pansy and Blaise were making bets with Ron and Luna, who showed up late with Ginny. Harry was talking to Ginny about quidditch and Draco was in the kitchen cleaning dishes.

"Damn Potter, inviting people over and not telling me." Draco grumbled as he scrubbed a plate, "careful, you might scrub through it if you keep scrubbing it that hard.". Draco turned and saw Harry in the doorway with a empty kettle in his hand.

"Shouldn't you be watching teddy?" Draco sneered while putting the plate in the cabinet. Crash! The plate fell to the ground and broke into large rigid pieces, "fuck..." Draco cursed under his breath and bent down to pick it up. "Wait Draco you don't want to do that!" It was a little to late, Draco cut his hand with one of the shards he was holding. "Here , sit down, I'll clean it up just sit and put this rag on it." Harry handed him the towel and Draco sat down with a pout, why should he listen? Harry took out his wand "oculus Reparo" he said and the plate fixed itself. He walked over to the cabinet and grabbed a first aid kit then sat across from Draco.

"This might sting a little." Harry poured some rubbing alcohol onto Draco's cut making him hiss, "here ok now that we got it cleaned out I'll wrap it." Harry took Draco's hand and wrapped it gently. Draco was fascinated by the way Harry knew how to do this, how he knew the exact spell and stuff he needed.

How he was taking care of his enemy.

Harry looked up and was met with tear filled eyes. "Oh shit Draco! I'm sorry am I wrapping it to tight?!" Asked Harry as he wrapped his hand around Draco's. Draco flinched but it was now or never.

"I'm so sorry Harry. I've been such a dick to you and your friends. I've acted like I hated you when I was just being a stuck up snob like my father. Can we...start over?" Draco said bowing down his head, finding the floor very interesting. Harry didn't know how to respond at first, he confused and very happy, but eventually he found the right way to say yes.

He pulled Draco into a hug and buried his head into Draco's shoulder, "jeez Potter don't be like pansy...". Draco muttered something then wrapped his arms around Harry, they stayed there for a second not wanting to let go. "Don't get to gay boys." Pansy was standing in the doorway with Hermione, balancing teddy on her hip. "There are children in the house."

The boys quickly pulled away and scampered to their feet while continuously bumping into each other. "Well I see you two kissed and made up." Hermione said walking over to Harry, Draco turned red and Harry was pretty sure he was the same color. "It's a saying you two, I thought for sure Harry would know it." Hermione laughed and Harry rubbed his neck, "right,sorry." He looked at Draco as he muttered something to pansy.

"Well Harry, Draco, thanks for having us but the boys are getting antsy. You know how much Ron LOVES being here." Said Hermione as she said a goodbye to teddy. "Yeah dude I'll see you later." Pansy jumped in the flew and made one final pose before disappearing into the flames.

Time skip: later that night. 12:30 am?
Weather: thunder storm

Harry was fast asleep when he was woken up by a scream, it was more of a cry then a scream but he was still waken up. He got out of bed and put a jumper on and a pair of shorts and shuffled down the hall to teddy's room.

He walked over to the crib to see teddy fast asleep. A boom of thunder rang throughout the mansion and Harry heard another cry. 'Malfoy?'
