I walked down the halls of my new school, Hillsberg High school. It looked nothing less as just a depressing school. The paint on the wall was chipped, the tile on the floor was the ugliest thing, and even all the staff looked old. Great I thought to myself, how am I supposed to go here for another 2 years. This place hardly even has anybody in the halls.
As the principal, Dr. Brown, walked me down to my class he started asking me all these weird questions that I didn't want to answer. And they were really stupid ones too. Like for a example he asked, " How old are you? " And "What size shoe you wear?" I guess he was just trying to start a conversation but it wasn't working.
When he assigned me my classes the bell rang. And Dr. Brown had said "Oh, there are all my students!" I leaned over to get a better look. "That's a lot more then I expected!" I said.
"Look, I know how it is to coming to a new school. I get it it's frightening." Said Dr.Brown.
"How would you know?"
"Well I remember, my dad was in the military. And every couple of years I would have to switch to a new school and city. Your not the only one that's going through this."
"Whatever." I said. After that, Dr. Brown addressed me to my new class. "You will be in room 4A."
I walked to my class. As I got there everyone was starring at me. "Well hello sweetie! You must be the new girl!" Said the teacher.
"Yep! That's me!" I said. There was a small chuckle from the class. "Here honey you can sit at my special desk!" Said the teacher. It was a desk right in front of the room. " This is gonna be along school year." I said to myself.
