"Kara we can't do this," Leo said this with a different tone of voice than before. He loved what Kara and him were doing, but it wasn't right. "Leo," Kara said, almost out of breath, "I love you."
"Kara, no."
"Leo, I love you, and-"
"Kara, we can't."
Kara burst into tears and left the car. The thought of Leo being with another girl again was heartbreaking to her. Little did Leo know, Kara always had feelings for him and never showed them. Kara ran back to her room where Charlie was sleeping. Hoping not to wake him, Kara sobbed into her pillow. "Why did I even trust, let alone love him?" Kara asked herself. She then heard the limping of Leo in the hallway. He was talking to himself. Kara tried to pick up what he was saying. Hearing nothing, she tried to sleep but only thought of Leo. She tossed and turned, but could not get him out of her mind. "Well, at least he will have a happy life without me in it," Kara thought as she fell asleep.
