Introduction

Hiva Shinsou is the twin sister of Hitoshi Shinsou. In this book, they will be being raised by Shota Aizawa and Hizashi Yamada because I said so. Hiva is about 5' 3", has waist-length, purple hair, the same color as her brother, and purple eyes with bags underneath, also like her brother. She is a pretty anxious person who is easily aggravated but that's mostly because she is always tired. The reason she's always tired is because she will stay up all night creating inventions. She is a very intelligent person and will use her creations in battle. One of her inventions is a pair of headphones that acts the same as Aizawa's capturing weapon.
Fun fact, Hiva means song which has a lot to do with her quirk. Her quirk is called "Siren's Control" because she can control objects and people and create things the same way a siren controls men, with her voice. Depending on the lyrics, different things can happen. She is also able to make up lyrics for her Quirk to work. As long as she sings she can use her Quirk. Her voice can hypnotize a person but if they can tune her out her Quirk won't work. The sound energy of her voice can fuse with the different energies coming from different objects and, because objects aren't able to tune her out, her Quirk will always work. The energy from her voice can fuse with the energy around her and create things. Since energy can't ignore her voice either, her Quirk can always create things as well. Drawbacks of Hiva's Quirk are headaches and sore throats. Her hero costume isn't very flashy. a picture of it is on top. The belt is to hold her gadgets and the ones that don't fit go inside secret pockets in her jacket.
