And I'm going to tell you a story about some really cool people who later became my family, let me introduce you..... that's me in the picture up top.

First up in our team is
THE HITTER-aka Eliot Spencer
Skills: Numerous fighting styles: Boxing, Muay Thai, Jujitsu, Krav Maga, Kickboxing, Eskrima, Panantuken, Kenpo Karate, and Aikido are just some of the martial arts he has. Unparalleled hand-to-hand fighting ability. Fixer (often working backup in the con to clean up messes, either physically or in execution, or in a supporting role to the "Inside Man"), Survival in hostile environments.
Skilled swordsman, and is very good with guns, though he doesn't like to use them.
Strategic: Able to plan/predict the best possible way the team or other people might take out someone else.
Gourmet chef.
Calm demeanor.
Ladies' man.
Accurate throwing ability whether its darts or pebbles.
Commercial semi tractor-trailer driver.
Singer/guitar player.
Weapons expert.

Knife expert

Eliot Spencer is a United States Black Ops soldier turned retrieval specialist who is now the protector of the Leverage team. A man of many talents, little is known about his past aside from his connections to the US military. He serves as a gallowglass, an elite warrior who protects and aides an aristocratic leader, such as Nate.

Eliot's role on the team is to protect the individual members, and particularly, to get them out of trouble faster than they get into it. Many of his adversaries underestimate him
Eliot is a skilled fighter with a razor sharp mind and zen-like demeanor. He prefers hand-to-hand combat to guns, for which he has an active dislike, despite his skills as a marksman. This is likely due to the fact that Eliot prefers to disable his opponents rather than kill them. Eliot also has some surprising skills. He is a talented gourmet chef and claims to grow his own food.

Sophie Devereaux is the Leverage team's grifter and second-in-command. (A Grifter is a thief or rather a con artist that assumes an alias and runs a con on a unsuspecting mark.) She is the leader whenever the team leader, Nathan Ford, is busy or in jail, She's also an aspiring actress, capable of convincingly playing any character or nationality... as long as it's not on an actual theatrical stage.
Sophie often plays a variety of characters while on a job, and is as adept with aristocracy as she is with working class characters.
Sophie's roles within the team are just as varied. She is the sympathetic, humane figure to Nate's practical, pragmatic one when dealing with clients. Sophie takes on a maternal role at times, advising Parker and Alec Hardison on their budding relationship. However, with Eliot Spencer she is more of a peer.

Sophie has a wide network of friends and colleagues, allowing her to bring fellow grifter Tara Cole onto the team when she needed a break.

THE THEIF- aka Parker
Skills: Parker is a gifted thief, deft at security circumvention and picking both locks and pockets. She has incredible gymnastics skills, flipping and weaving her way through laser grids with ease. She's also a formidable opponent in hand-to-hand combat due to her excellent upper body strength and acrobatics. She displays a very high level of spatial intelligence that appears to aid her in everything from thieving, to drawing, to maneuvering vehicles at high speeds.
