- he has a younger brother(by 3 years) named Mitsue and had an older brother. Tatsuya(older than him by 3 years) committed suicide when Taikyu was twelve.
-his father left them when he was 9 so they moved from Japan, where he was born, to Seoul, South Korea. He lived with his aunt in Australia for 6 years. From the age of 3 to 8.
