Uh...I'm Famous!?

The next morning, I woke up more than just happy although it was busted when I came downstairs to see a grumpy P'Nim mournfully making breakfast.

"P, what's wrong?" I asked after greeting her.
"I swear to God, Nong. I will ruin the man first, thwn I will kill him with my own hands, torch him, electrocute him and then I will dig his grave so deep that no one would ever find him" P'Nim roared as I backed away slightly bemused and slightly scared at her ways of torturing someone.
"Who, P?" I asked, already feeling bad for the poor soul.
"Noon's Boss, that Ai'saat Wave!" She said exasperated as I nodded in realization. What did he do now?
"What did he do now?" I voiced my thoughts.
"What else could he? Nong, it's not even ten in the morning yet he called her at eight and asked her to get to office asap! You should've seen Noon's face! She has just gotten back from such a tiring trip and now he's over burdening her with work!" P'Nim was really mad and I approve.
"Phi, I have recently noticed him do this a lot more often. Why doesn't P'Noon go ahead and ask him to give her a break? This is clear violation of employee rights" I spoke.
"Oh please. As if your P'Noon would ever miss a chance of extra work" P'Nim mocked loudly.
"What do you mean, Phi?" I asked confused.
"Nong, I don't know what she wants but she has been overworking on purpose. She tries to grab every opportunity at office if that helps her make even a single buck off the salary" P'Nim looked tired as she said that. She looked worried.
"Phi, tell me honestly. Is there some problem going on with the two of you?" I asked her straightforward. She sighed.

"No, Nong. It's not like we're not fine, we're good. But it feels like all of a sudden, both of us have so many responsibilities on our shoulders yet hardly any time for each other. You know me and Noon, we have been at it since we were young girls. We always had time for each other, always pampered and loved the other. It was like all of our space was just one another. Maybe now, all these extra things are taking a huge toll on us and we just cannot adjust accordingly" P'Nim put her heart out in front of me as I rubbed her hand in support.
"Phi, I understand you both are busy now but you two are the strongest, most wild couple I have ever seen. You'll get through this. Just try talking to her na. Ask her if she is facing any financial problems or any problems at all with that case. Ask her is you could be of any help. But most importantly, let her know that you'll always be by her side, no matter what she can always count on you" I tried my best to give her some advice as she nodded, smiling at me.

I couldn't help but internally feel pained at the dark circles that were gracing P'Nims now red-rimmed eyes. She needed rest and so did P'Noon. Just then, a wild idea popped into my brain!

"Phi, how about today you ditch the cafe and get some sleep? I'll take half-day off the job and take care of things at the cafe" I asked her as she shook her head almosr immediately.
"Oh Nong, No. It's your new job plus didn't you say that this week's important?" She asked as I cursed myself internally for always telling her everything.
"Phi, this week is but today isn't exactly that important. I need to be somewhere in the evening and that is why I'll take half-day. Don't worry na. Just trust me. Go to bed" I ushered her quickly to her room before she could voice anymore of her refusals. I then dialled P'Jane's number.

"Swasdee Krub" I greeted him.
"Swasdee Krub, Nong. Is everything alright? How come you called this early?" In the background, I could hear P'Sings concerned voice clearly. I smiled.
"Krub, Phi. I am completely fine. I just needed the first half of today off. More like, I will reach the building around three or four today. If that's okay with you? I don't have anything to do in the morning anyways, except for the dance practice with the boys. My main job is in the evening where I have to go meet the interviewer and pick up P'Sings questionnaire and then, I'll drop it off to his place as well, if that's fine" I quickly put down my plan in front of him only to hear a laugh at the end of the phone.
"Nong, when you already have it all figured, why worry so much? Relax. Take your time. No need to hurry today. But is everything okay? How come you want an off?" He asked me as I grinned at how easily he allowed me.
"Uh Phi, I have to look after my sisters cafe, that's why" I informed him.
"Oh okay. Well, Best of Luck and don't worry" he said to me.
"Thank yo-" I was halfway between my courtesy when P'Sings voice cut me.
"Are you alright? What happened? Is your sister fine? Do you want me to send you a doctor? If you need any help, I can come over if you want?" I was instantly bombarded with the cutest string of concerned questions of P'Sing that made me chuckle.
"Phiii, I am all good. And so is my sister. Remember, I told you she has a girlfriend? Well, they've both been really busy these days so I have planned a little something to give them a break today. That is why I need to look after her work" I told him as I heard a breath of relief escape his lips. A silent hand went over my lips as I realized that I practically told him everything without a hint of hesitation, and even now I was fine with him knowing.
"Oh Okay. By the way, a new Spa opened up around the city by the name of Bamboo Spa Thailand. If you want to relax them, send them there. They have really good services" he suggested as my eyes went wide at the idea.
"OHMYGOD, PHI. THAT'S THE PERFECT GETAWAY. YOU'RE THE BEST! THANK YOU!" I yelled over the phone as I heard him laugh.
"Yeah, tell me if you need help. Also, what's the name of your Phi's cafe?" He asked.
"Froth' a Latte" I told him with a small accent that made us both chuckle. Talkig to him was so fun.
"Nice. Okay. Best of Luck, na. I won't keep you anymore. If you need any more awesome suggestions, you have my number. I'll go now. Susu na" His soft encouragement made my heart bloat with all sorts of glee as I stupidly nodded at his words forgetting that we were on a call.
"Ahrm. Krub, Phi. Khopun na. Bye" we both bud farewell and ended the call. For a few minutes, I stood there smiling, looking at my phone before letting out a loud squeal and coming to my senses.
