Peter held Harry. Harry felt his "best friend's" muscular and wiry build against his back. He felt scars and imperfections.
Harry tried to rise but Peter pulled him back into his king size bed. Harry didn't resist but even then he felt how *strong* Peter was. "What's wrong?" Peter asked, genuinely concerned.
"Pete."
"What are we?" Harry continues.
Peter sighs an turns to face him.
"I... don't know. Human?" He jokes, the first part sounding truley sincere.
Harry chuckles, looking him in the eyes.
"Maybe I am, but you aren't."
"Says who?"
"Petey. I tried to pin you to a wall and you stuck to it. You aren't exactly 'normal'."
"Maybe if you didn't pin me to walls I wouldn't have to do that! It's... a habit."
"But I like doing it so much..." Harry pouts.
They lay in silence together for a minute.
"You like me right?" Asks Harry.
Peter laughs. "What kind of question is that?"
"I don't know... I guess all this time you were just sticking around because we're friends."
Peter shrugs and looks away. "You save someone enough times and you start to wonder what it would be like if they were gone."
Harry puts his arms around Peter's waist.
"What I'd tell you, who I was, how I felt. I love you Harry. I really do."
"...I love you too."
