"Alright, listen up you pieces of shit." Kenny said, pacing the alley way in front of his shit family, "I found a place to live. I found money. And I decided to rent it."

"You what?!" His parents exclaimed in shock.

"Yeah right." Kevin rolled his eyes.

"Shut the hell up. I have the documents proving my purchase right here." Kenny pulled the papers out of his parka, making a surprised Kevin eat his words.

"What?" He stood up, "give me that-" he tried to snatch them, but Kenny pulled them away.

"Don't even think about it, dumbass!" He said, shoving him back to the alley way he was sitting on with a kick to the stomach. He crossed his arms.

"Kenny, how is this possible?" His mother questioned him.

"Yeah, where the hell did you get that kind of money, you little shit?" His Dad agreed.

"None of your god damn business, old man. Now let me set something straight. I'm not buying this apartment for you, or you, or any of you dumb fucks. I'm buying this place for Karen." He said, gesturing to her.

"Your dead beat ass can't keep a job because you're always high or drunk, and you spend whatever little money you find on drugs and liquor. You're so worried about Dad finding a job, that you can't even think to look for one yourself." He pointed at his parents again.

"Kenny, I'm busy taking care of you kids!" She exclaimed.

"That's rich, Mom. Look, I'll always love you a million times more than my piece of shit father, but you don't do shit around here but argue with him and occasionally wonder where we run off too every day. Plus your always buying weed, which wouldn't be a big deal if we had a place to live!" He told her, making her look ashamed.

"This place is for Karen, so she doesn't have to be afraid of getting sent to foster care again. The only reason I'm letting you shit birds live with us, is because I'm not sixteen yet, and I need a notarization from a legal adult. So I'm setting some strict ground rules." He explained.

"Oh great." Kevin rolled his eyes.

"What? So now I'm getting pushed around by my wife, and now my own son?!" His father complained.

"Dad, you aren't in control of the situation anymore. Here's the thing. Number one; In order to be allowed to live with me and Karen, you will not do any hard drugs or pills while we're there. If you do, I'll call the fucking cops." He said, making his Dad and Kevin groan.

"What're you, some sort of Nark?!" Kevin glared at him.

"Yeah, I have to be, retard!" He spat, "Why don't you try to fucking test me." Kevin just sat back in a huff.

"Two, you won't be allowed to drink in the house. You can go to a bar, or anywhere else in town and get totally shit faced! But if you come home drunk, you won't be allowed inside. Three, you have to help pitch in to pay the $300 bill for rent every month. It's not much money, and if you can't contribute, you're ass can find somewhere else to sleep." He said.

"Awe are you kidding me?!" Kevin exclaimed.

"Even Karen has to help out. If you can't contribute at least fifty dollars to rent when it's due, you can't live with us." Kenny proclaimed.

"Fifty bucks? That's like half the money I spend on a pack of beer!" His Dad said angrily.

"Where am I supposed to get that kind of money?!" Kevin said.

"Uh, I dunno? Get a fucking job, lazy ass!" Kenny said, "You're both grown men!"

"I for one, Kenny, think it's a very generous, and very fair offer." His Mom nodded.
