The Earth is not a perfect sphere. Crazy, right ? All this while we thought that Earth has been in sphere shape but it turns out that Earth has never been perfectly round. The plant actually bulges around equator by an extra 0.3% as a result of the fact that it rotates about its axis. Our planet is spinning at a rate of 1,000 miles per hour and this motion makes Earth to have oblate spheroid shape rather than a perfect sphere. 🌎👀
