Chapter Two

If you didn't know Luke Hemmings was new to this school this year. He came from Australia. Weird right, he comes from Australia all the way to Massachusetts. All the girls instantly took notice. Even my best friend Hailey.

He annoyed me. I mean, I basically hate everyone except Hailey, and Calum of course.

I've had the biggest crush on him for the longest time. It sucks because he always asks me who I like and I have to make up some random person that is my cousins friends brother. Its stupid but he's gullible so I guess its working.

"Hey Grace!" Calum calls from across the street motioning with his hands to come over to where he is.

I walk over there slowly, Calum enjoys pranking me. He even cut my hair in first grade. Luckily it wasn't a lot but he was disappointed, apparently he aimed for more.

"What" I say making sure not to say it too rude

"Come to the park at 7:00, ok?"

"why?" I say cautiously

"please"

I cross my arms. Im not the type of person to just give in to stuff like that.

"come on its really important" he then drops to his knees "pleeeeeease"

"fine"

"Yes! thanks you are the best!"

I walk home smiling like an idiot, man he knows how to make a girl smile

I rush inside "Hello?" I shout. There was no response so I ran up to my room and put on something more comfortable.

When I got to the park it was 6:59 and no one was there. I waited until around 7:20 then as cliche as it sounds, it started raining and I trudged home getting more soaked every second.

I hated this. It made me feel like a little girl with a crush, vulnerable. It was sickening. Maybe Tomorrow, I could pretend to be sick and I wont have to face him.

Ok as awful as this update is im continuing this story because two people asked me to and we have over 300 reads Frick dack paddy whack!!! oh and yes Grace is Willow Shields even though she is young she's really pretty so :)
