2017, A year into The Clone War, Jay head taken part on some missions in his new home in America. Much like his birth planet, Coruscant, Jay had been following politics. The United States has elected it's first Woman President and a new Republican party, The Progressive Republican Party, formed by progressive and moderate Republicans, was formed. This party was political party was form in the wake of the biggest political scandal in U.S. History. Jay was, indeed, shocked by this. But, he chose not to get involve. His master told him Politicians have no voice in Jedi Matters. After a few missions, Jay decided to take a walk around Washington. The date is March 21st, 2017. On that date, it would change Jay's live forever. He later recalled this date in a journal entry.

"I was taking a stroll around Washington to Lafayette Square until I bumped into a man in a blue uniform. I thought he may be a Civil War Living Historian, or a Reenactor, as they call them. He is a bearded man in his twenties with blue eyes. He wore a blue kepi with an Infantry Insignia, a Union Major General's Coat with Special Custom Modern U.S. General Insignias, Modern U.S. Army General Dress Pants, with a custom mixture of a gold trim with a Infantry Blue trim running down the middle of gold trim on the sides, He wore Leather Brogans, wore a gold sash, General Sword belt, and carrying a Field and Staff Sword. I apologies for bumping into him and told him I was looking where I was going. To which he replied with a 'No trouble, friend'. Then, he looked a me and recognize me as a Jedi. He greet me and introduced himself as General John Lyons. At first, I thought he was a citizen dress in Civil War Garments. But, Through my research into Mr. Lyons, He is decorated Army hero. He is a Medal of Honor recipient, Awarded two Purple Hearts and Bronze Star. Enlisted at 17, served in 102nd U.S. Infantry and later commanded The 114th U.S. Infantry; a regiment mixed with Army and Marine Soldiers. Now, he is commanding a Militia unit, a unit to serve The U.S. Army. The name of this unit is call 'The 1st Pennsylvania Militia of Volunteers.' The unit is made up a soldiers that were frozen through time, serving from America's wars, from the American Revolutionary War up to the Vietnam War. The unit has a Shinobi from The Hidden Leaf and Clones, where were found in escape pod after they were under attack by Separatists forces. Lyons took them in and gave them citizenship. He was coming back from The Pentagon after they approve of The new infantry militia unit. Then, he ask me, since I was a Jedi Commander, to join his new unit. He said 'The unit is always open to new members and be honored to have me.' Before I could answer, I thought about what Kandra said about finding my place in the galaxy. Taking those words to heart, I agree to join."

"General Lyons is delighted. He told me I was to receive a pay of twenty dollars a month, a place to sleep, meals to  eat, medical attention, all free of charge. I told him that I have military experience at The First Battle of Geonosis and was given the rank of Jedi Commander. He had me placed on his staff and allowed me to contact Master Kandra once we get to his fort, which resides on the outskirts of Washington D.C. I can tell this is going to quite exciting." - Jay Lyon, March 21st, 2017.

General Lyons took Jay to the home of The 1st Pennsylvania, Fort America. A Post-Civil War era fort, surrounded by a moat, sitting near the famed Potomac River, guarding Washington. This fort was Constructed July 4th, 1876 and would be left abandoned on 1948, three years after WWII. It had built the same way as Forts Delaware and Jefferson with sides deflecting cannon fire. When Colonel John Lyons was traveling with General Lincoln in 2015, he saw the abandoned fort near Piscataway Park Both Lyons and Lincoln walked inside. Everything inside and outside the fort was still intact. He asked Congress to restore Fort America and bring it back to services. It was approved and refurbishment got underway. It was completed on March 25th, 2016. As a special tribute to America, Lyons commissioned a special flag to fly over the fort and one for his office. A 50 star American Flag with gold stars and red, white and blue stripes. When Jay arrived at the fort, he was astonished. He felt like he stepped back in time and felt like seeing Soldiers march past him. He was soon given a tour of the fort, to know his way around, and soon met his troops. He recalled....

"When I heard about a unit made up of soldiers from all of America's wars that were frozen through time, Clone troopers and a shinobi, Mr. Lyons really meant it. For the American Troops, they dress in their period garments, with a few adjustments made on the Continental Soldier and American Soldier from The War of 1812, and carrying their rifles from that time period. I saw Lyons had 26 Clone Troopers, one Clone Commander, one Clone Marshal, two ARC Trooper Captain and three medics, to which they saluted at me. I returned the tribute with a nod. Once I was introduced, I got to know the boys and learned some interesting things. Immortal Continental, originally Private, Johnathon Baum of The 1st Pennsylvania Rifles was a member of General Friedrich Wilhelm von Steuben's Model Company during The Valley Forge Encampment from 1777 to 1778, Private Johnathon Baum, name going by the nickname '1812', was transferred to a regiment temporary and was at The Battle of Baltimore, site of The Star Spangled Banner, Private Johnny Baum went up against the famed Saint Patrick's Battalion, a battalion made up of American Soldiers who deserted and join The Mexican Army, The Lyons Brothers, Johnathon Benjamin Lyons I & II, serving in The 96th Pennsylvania Infantry Regiment, later transferred to The 100th Pennsylvania Infantry Regiment, and John Mason Lyons I & II, conscripted in The 9th Virginia Infantry Regiment, fought against each other in The Civil War, Private Johnny Matthew Lyons served in The 7th U.S. Infantry in some of the major battle of World War I, when America got involved,  Private Johnny Benjamin Maleno fought and served some of the Second World War when he served in 7th U.S. Infantry, later transferred to The 12th U.S. Infantry, when America entered & Private John Benjamin Lyons survived the jungles of Vietnam when he served in the 16th U.S. Infantry in the Vietnam War. I met Private 9.6, which was a clone of General Lyons, who turned against his creators and was severely wounded in the battle. The Army brought him in, patched him up and gave him cybernetics. Their stories intrigue me and can't wait to know more about this men."  - Jay Lyon, March 21st, 2017.

After Jay met the troops, he headed to his new chambers, He headed to the window and looked out. He could see Washington D.C. from his window, sitting there across The Potomac. After gazing, He looked around his new chambers and got to know the layout of his new home. He soon met a Hidden Leaf Shinobi named Jaysuki Lyonsaki, with the rank of First Sergeant of The 1st Pennsylvania. Jay later recalled his first time meeting the Hidden Leaf Shinobi, the he called his close friend.

"I was walking around the fort, knowing the layout, until I was stopped by a Shinobi from The Hidden Leaf. He looked like me, minus the cybernetic arm. He wore a Hidden Leaf flak jacket,  which also has a red swirl on the back, and pockets on the chest area, a  blue Hidden Leaf Headband, blue pants, and a blue long-sleeve shirt. On his long-sleeve shirt, he has Civil War Union Infantry First Sergeant Insignias. He also wears fingerless gloves with no metal plates on the backhand. He has a Civil War Waistbelt, with cap pouch and bayonet. He carries an 1855 Colt Revolving Rifle, which he got from General Lyons after he joined. He noticed that I was a Jedi and excitedly shoke my hand. He introduced himself at Jaysuki Lyonsaki and is glad to work alongside me. I replied with a smile and patted him on the back. It was there that we became the best of friends. More than friends; Brothers." - Jay Lyon, March 21st, 2017.

Later that evening, Jay was on the top of the fort, standing at a restored 8 inch Columbiad Cannon, gazing at Washington. He couldn't help by admiring the view. The next day, While Jay adverse the training of his new troops, far away, Alex, his sister, joins Anakin's 501st Clone Legion, as a Sub-Commander. Before joining, her master, Jedi Master Saesee Tiin, told her the truth about Jay. He told her that Jay and Alex are brother and sister, separated after their parents were taken by Darth Phantom. Sadden by this, Alex chose to honor them and kept legacy alive.

Jay learned, one month later, The Republic received intel that Lieutenant Rukia Kuchiki was facing execution. But, she was saved by Ichigo Kurosaki and Anakin Skywalker. Anakin exposed it as a Separatist plot and one of their own betrayed them to Dooku. The man who betrayed them was Sosuke Aizen. During this event, a clone trooper, who was force sensitive, saved a Jedi and fought a Sith. Jay researched the identity of the clone and his name is Bullseye, CT-1774. At first, he thought it was impossible, seeing Jango Fett, the template of the clones, isn't force sensitive. Research showed Bullseye's DNA split during his growth cycle. After this, Yoda took Bullseye under wing and trained to be a Jedi. Something else caught Jay's attention. A group of  Kaminoans created a female Clone Battalion for a Jedi Master named Allana Allor. The council was aware of this and became cautious of this. They fear they would replace The Jango Fett Clones. A Kaminoan behind the project, named Sih Pron, told the Jedi that this approved by Prime Minister Lama Su and this wouldn't replace The Jango Fett Clones. They have the DNA save and sound. After debating, The Jedi Council approve of this. Jay, after reading the report from The First Battle of Geonosis, said in a journal entry, appraising their performance.

"Like their male counterparts, these female clones are brave, strong and loyal; like The Amazons of Ancient Greece. I hope these tough girls will put the fear of God down on Separatists." - Jay Lyon.

As Jay turned in for the night, he thought about what awaits him. Only time will tell and The Force will guide him.
