Connor adjusted his tie, ready to leave for the Detroit Police Department and meet up with Hank to work on investigating any possible homicide cases that might've surfaced in town. He was built specifically for that purpose, so why bother neglecting those features? However, he wouldn't leave without bidding his lover a farewell until he gets back. "Hinata, I'm headed to the Police Department." He announced across the room to where his girlfriend was. "I'll see you this afternoon." He gave pats to her sweet dogs as well. He liked dogs, of course he would say goodbye to them as well.

Hinata turns to the front door, her hazel brown eyes on the taller Android detective. "Wait! Don't go yet!" She calls to him before running out of the room for a moment. Connor tilts his head as he stares at the frame of the door he watched his significant other exit the living room from. What was she going to get, or do in this case? Before he knew it, she comes back in with a small stool, placing it down directly in front of him. "Stay still." She demanded, however, it sounded like more of a soft request than anything. Hinata wasn't really one to be firm most of the time.

She then stepped onto the stool, standing at just about Connor's height. She looked innocently into his eyes, and the Android couldn't help but smile softly, before noticing that she began to lean forward, pressing her lips to his as she gave him a sweet kiss. He gladly returns the kiss, placing a hand on her cheek. Her skin was always so soft and delicate. He would definitely hate it if she had gotten even a single scratch on her. No harm would be laid upon her, he promised that.

Once the two separated, Hinata smiled at Connor. "Good luck at work today!" She says, fixing up his tie. "I'll come see you when you least expect it! Maybe I'll bring some donuts for everyone!"

Connor smiled back once he remembered: Hinata was short.
