"Adam, are you okay? You haven't been looking so great. Have you been doing what your health specialist told you to do?"

Adam rolled his eyes and continued to read his book, "I'm fine, Austin."

"Really? Cause you don't look fine. You were doing so good."

"I said I am fine. Drop it."

"Adam, I could literally feel your bones through you're sweater when I hugged you the other day.... Did you stop your health plan?"

"Austin, how about you go bother someone else about their recovery. I'm sure they'll love it!"

Austin hung his head and sighed, "I'm just worried about you, Adam. I don't want you to relapse again. That was really scary. I thought you were going to.." He refused to finish his sentence, but Adam understood.

During his relapse last year, Adam had gotten so skinny, that he couldn't even hold his own weight up. He couldn't keep food down, and he had to have a nurse in his room at all time in case he decided to make himself puke his food back up. It was the worst he had ever been.

When he had eventually gotten back to a healthy weight, he was actually happy. While in therapy, he realized that even if he wasn't as skinny as he wanted, he was healthy and that's all that mattered. But now, those thoughts are going away and honestly, he scared that it will all happen again. Austin was right. He has been doing good.

He didn't know what caused him to slip back. He had started to eat less and secretly work out in his room while the other two were asleep. If anyone found out, he would have to go through more treatments and therapy sessions, which he hated.

As much as he hated it, he knew he needed to tell his therapist. That was a big step, because he used to lie, but now he actually wanted help. He realized that he wasn't okay.

Adam sighed, "You're right, Austin. I haven't been going by my health plan. I have been exercising too. I have slipped back, but this time, I actually want help. Will you come with me to my therapy session tomorrow?"

"Of course I will. Do you want Tim to come too?"

"No!.. No. I don't want him to worry about me. I'll get Chance or Layne to come over and hang out with him. He feels more comfortable with Chance, so I'll call him later."

Austin nodded and opened his arms for a hug. Adam hugged him tightly.

"I'm sorry for getting mad at you. Thank you for noticing something was wrong. I wouldn't have spoke up if not. Thank you.."

Austin rubbed his back, "You're welcome. I just don't want you to go through that again. It was awful to see. I can't imagine how it was to be dealing with it."

Adam smile slightly and put his head on the taller boys shoulder. "You're an amazing person. You know that right?"

"Well now I do." Austin laughed as Adam hit his arm playfully and rolled his eyes.

"That's the last time I'll give you a compliment." Austin gasped and pouted.

"Aw, no fair." Adam laughed loudly and jumped from the chair he was sitting in.

"Come on! Let's go see what Avi is doing!"
Adam grabbed his hand and pulled him
out of the room while running.

"Hold on loverboy, stop running. I'm out of shape." Austin stated as he bent over, trying to catch his breath. "Your boyfriend will still be there if we walk."

Adam's head snapped towards him, "Boyfriend? What boyfriend? I don't have a boyfriend." He rambled.

Austin laughed at him as his cheeks flushed a bright red. "Maybe so, but we know you got the hots for a Mr. Avriel Kaplan."

Adam punched him in the arm. "Shut up."

He held his arm in pain, "Jeez! Okay note: don't mention Avi."

Adam rolled his eyes as they reached Avi, Chance, and Layne's room. "You say anything about that conversation back there, you won't be prettyboy anymore. Got it?"

Austin held his hands up in surrender. "Yeah sure."

They walked into the room to see Avi and Layne sitting at the desk playing chess.

"Avi! Hey man we were just talking about you!" Austin said as he made a beeline for the man, leaving an flustered and angry Adam standing in the doorway.

Avi looked up at Adam and chuckled at his nervousness, but said nothing of it and continued his conversation with Austin, who clearly loved to embarrass the blonde.
