You got home and told your mom about your day, then went to your room. You flopped yourself on your bed and cuddled one of your white teddy bears. You couldn't stop thinking about how cute he was!

You forgot about the little slip he handed you. You opened it up and it revealed a set of digits.

A cell phone number?

You pulled out your phone. It had a pink case with Korilakkuma stickers on it with a little bit of glitter, too.

You went to your contacts, clicked new contacts and typed the number in. You texted the number.

You] hi. is this bokuto?

It took a few minutes before you got a reply. When you felt your phone buzz you practically had a heart attack of anticipation.

Bokuto] yeah, that's me!

You didn't really know what to say, so you used some 'text lingo' to ease things up.

You two talked for a few hours over text about random topics. They ranged from phobias to cheese.

You woke up, got dressed, ate breakfast and went to school. You heart did flips when you spotted him.

You two talked as you walked to your first classes together. After a few weeks, you two were close friends.

At lunch, I saw some of the student council putting up posters for the upcoming Fall Dance. I glanced at Y/N's white hair. Man, it looks so soft!

After school, I talked to Akaashi and Kuroo.

"Guys, I uh... I kinda like this girl..." I sputtered.

"Really? Who?" Akaashi said.

"SPILL. THE. TEA." Kuroo said sternly.

"Ok yeesh." I said as I rubbed the back of my neck.

"H-her names Y/N, and she likes volleyball and she super pretty and nice and cute and ughhhhhhhh I love her you guys." I put my hands in my face. What did I just say?

"Well," Kuroo started, "the Fall Dance is in about two weeks. Upgrade your friendship a bit, drop some hints and ask her out."

"Dude, you make it seem so easy!!" I said, clearly panicking.

"It's cool, Bokuto. Just be yourself and don't screw it up." Akaashi said. I cringed at the last part.

"Yeah. I won't screw it up."

At school the next day, Bokuto was extra friendly to you. He carried your books to class and tucked your hair behind your ear at times. You appreciated it, but you didn't quite understand what was going on.

You had never dated anyone before or had a real crush. Your television crushes didn't count. And if they did, oh boy...

Maybe he liked you? You couldn't tell. You asked one of your lady friends, Sumi.

"Oh yeah, he's totally into you, babe."

Sumi has had been going to this scary since her first year. She's dated a lot of people too, so she's a pro at this stuff.

"You really think so?"

"Yeah. I mean, he looks at you a lot and I can see it in his eyes. He's got a crush on you."

"Thanks Sumi."
