he stood on the balcony with a cup of coffee in his hands, a cool spring breeze blows as the sun above begins to rise, sending warm colours through the windows of their apartment. he can hear the gentle snores of his husband in the other room, still sound asleep.
he walks over to the side of their bed, planting butterfly kisses upon the redhead's cheeks, making him stir.
"i made coffee" he says to eijirou, who was still half asleep.
their cat, whiskey, jumps onto the bed, purring as she nuzzles into katsuki's hand.
eijirou opens his eyes and looks towards the alarm clock, which reads 8:14. it's a sunday, meaning neither of the boys are on patrol, giving them a day to rest.
"good morning" eijirou says, with a tired voice.
"morning" katsuki answers, leaning down to kiss his husband.
the small cat walks over eijirou to get pets from katsuki again.
their other cat, coco, walks into the room and lets out a quiet meow, notifying the men that it's breakfast time.
they have lived in the apartment for two years now, after marrying a few years after they graduated school. they were living content with their two cats and the company of each other.
the two were very happy with each other. katsuki had become less of a hothead and more layed back, while eijirou had stayed his cheery self. they were blissfully in love. they had both went on to become heroes, working together most days.
they were more than content, and planned on being together for the rest of their lives. everyone could see nothing could break them apart. nothing would ever get in the way of their love.
