“It was the concubines who hired that assassin, including Concubine Chen, Concubine Yang, Lady Wang, and Lady Fucha . ” Shiao Qi reported Ye Shengxuan the name of those troublemakers one by one .

Helian Chacha was so surprised as she had thought it was the secret agency that had planned to kill her, and she had never expected that the planner was from the harem of Ye Shengxuan . What was more out of her expectation was that Xu Ruyun was not part of their operation .

As she was wondering, Ye Shengxuan pounded the table all of a sudden, “Bring me the four of them right now!”

Shiao Qi nodded and walked out of the hall . After around 10 minutes, four delicately dressed women walked into the hall from the outside, talking and laughing all the way .

They were all very excited to see Ye Shengxuan as they bowed to him slightly, “Good day, Your Majesty . ”

Ye Shengxuan glanced at them slightly as it was hard for them to read his mind from his expressionless face, “Get up . ”

They all stood up and started to look at Helian Chacha who was standing next to Ye Shengxuan . Feeling the burning eyes of those women, she put her head down immediately .

After just one glimpse at her, Concubine Chen looked away from her and smiled at Ye Shengxuan, saying, “Why do you summon all of us here, Your Majesty?”

Ye Shengxuan looked up at her with his dark and cold eyes, which were as calm as the frozen lake, “You are always the smart one, Concubine Chen . Then guess why I bring all of you here?”

Concubine Chen looked at the others and then shook her head in confusion, “I have no clue . ”

“No clue?” Ye Shengxuan pounded the table again with his fist and stood up all of a sudden .

All of the people there were scared by the sudden anger of the emperor, so they all kneeled down subconsciously .

“Please calm down, Your Majesty! I really have no clue at all!” Concubine Chen was so scared that she sounded like crying .

Ye Shengxuan didn’t continue the conversation, but just waved his hand, “Shiao Qi, bring the guy here . ”

Hearing that, Shiao Qi who had been waiting in the outside carried that fainted strong guy into the hall and dropped him in front of those concubines .

“Do you know him?” Ye Shengxuan pointed at the man in black and questioned them .

Lady Fucha covered her nose and took a few steps back, saying in disgust, “Who is this man? He is so dirty . ”

The others all looked confused as none of them knew what Ye Shengxuan was going to do .

Concubine Chen asked him, “Your Majesty, who is this man?”

“Since you can’t recognize him, then let’s see if he recognizes you!” Ye Shengxuan sent Shiao Qi a signal, “Wake him up . ”

Shiao Qi understood him and then took the wooden basin passed by the guardian behind him .

Then, the finger of the man in black on the ground moved a little bit as he opened his eyes slowly when all the others were staring at him . Yet he moved back all of a sudden when he saw Shiao Qi and his face changed drastically in the next moment .
