Thunderous Nights

Chapter One

SpiralMist awoke from the warriors den, as she felt a cold rush go threw her soft tortioushell pelt, as she realized that LeafBare was yet to come. SpiralMist emerged from the den as she saw that LeafClan was stirring back into life after the thunder storm had broken into their camp. DarkPaw had already emerged from the apprentices den. Along with SunPaw and FlowerPaw. SilkyFur padded out of her den with Chamomile clamped in her jaws. AmberStar, slowly padding out of the den under the highrock. FrostFeather, already working on the clan walls with sticks and rocks in her gentle pale paws. IcyCloud, fixing the patches of ferns and thorns that lead to SilkyFurs den. NightFang, LilyFern, and RosePaw, all padding back into the clan with mice, rabbits, magpie and shrew all clamped in there jaws. "SpiralMist!" SpiralMist turned to see AmberStar running over in the distance. "I need you to gather a Patrol." "Who shall I bring with me?" SpiralMist asked awkwardly. "Anyone you think needs it, just make sure you pick an apprentice or two." FlamePelt, emerging from the forest with Juniper in her ginger paws. "Sunpaw!" SpiralMist called. "Yes SpiralMist." Im picking you and FlowerPaw to come with me on a Patrol, would you mind go telling FlowerPaw and NightFang to meet by the training hollow." "Sure." SunPaw called as she ran up to FlowerPaw. The next day LilyFern was in the nursing den moaning as she was having kits. "SilkyFur, LilyFern is having her kits!" NightFang said. SilkyFur ran to the medicine cats den as quickly as she could. "I will be there before you can say mouse!" She yelled as she ran. Next few minutes later SilkyFur emerged into the nursing den as she saw LilyFern lying in a bramble nest with NightFang her mate lying beside her, encouraging her. "Move aside NightFang she needs air." SilkyFur, chewing on the tansy to make it more easing to chew for LilyFern. "LilyFern eat this quick!" LilyFern quickly grabbing the tansy an putting it in her mouth. "Easy Easy, if you eat those to fast your kits are going to die!" LilyFern hesitated to eat the tansy though she knew it would stop the pain so she slowly ate the tansy and as she ate it, she realized that one of her kits was coming. Then a kit was born, it was a dark brown tabby tom with light green eyes, just like its father. The next was a pale she-cat with ginger paws.The last kit was a a mix of the two, a pale tabby she cat with dark brown patches on her pelt and with ginger paws."The dark brown tabby shall be named MoonPaw, the pale she cat will be name BrightPaw, and the mix of the two will be named StonePaw." LilyFern stared at her kits and muttered words only NightFang could hear, Then they had a quite conversation. "We love the names, when is the apprentice ceremony?" LilyFern asked excitedly. "Before Moon High." SilkyFur replied.
