CHAPTER 41. 𝑰𝒕 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒆𝒅

Jungkook's P.O.V

- I and Joshua had been helping Jin at our house with fetching what he needed, half of the living room was filled with everything they would need. Chan, Tao and Namjoon stood outside in case rogue would get past our Deltas. And I knew Hoseok was with Jennie, I just let him, the other guys thought it was best so. Suzy walked into them now and then, making sure that he gets something to eat and check how Jennie was doing.

She is an angel, every time I brought her something she needed I got a quick hug. I got quite anxious knowing that some Deltas needed surgery.. Suzy said that it wasn't anything severe, but still.. I felt like a sitting duck, Jimin promised me he would contact me when Ravi
would again step forward, ready to fight himself.

I don't want to be here, I wanted to help them fight, but I guess helping here is necessary too. I could see Deltas coming in, some of them even need help to get here, but they still bowed when seeing me, I had to do my best to not cry.. Our Deltas and Mr. Kim's Deltas are loyal, they are risking their lives for us...

That is the biggest reason why I want to get out there, I don't want to hide in my palace, I want to fight alongside my knights, with my king. The only thing that keeps me from running out is that I have to save my energy.. I'm also thinking about Jiyong, he has been here to get information to Ravi. It was all fake..

Why did he let me loose in the rogue lands? Was he willing to get hurt when he first came to us? So it would look believable..? I'm happy Jennie doesn't know about it... How could I even tell her when she would wake up..? I'm scared that it would hurt her.

I wonder how my life would've been if Jimin wasn't my mate, I wouldn't be Ravi's main target, but I wouldn't have Jimin.. I guess I wouldn't care if we didn't have this connection. I wonder who would be my mate then.

„What are you doing?“ I heard my mate panting through the mind link. „Why did I hear your wolf whimper?“ My eyes shoot wide when I realized what was I actually thinking about..

„No, I was just thinking about you, are you okay?“ I got nervous since it took some seconds before he answered.

„I'm your mate, does it feel like I'm not okay?“ I chuckled a little since I haven't felt any pain from him. „I'm a little busy love, Suga and Baekhyun are also fine so you know“ I nodded and said a quick 'love you' before closing the link.

When Suzy and I were talking earlier on the bed, I asked her if she knew other mates who could hear each other's wolf, but she just shook her head. I'm still thinking about what Jimin's dad said, a special bond, but why us? And I wonder if everything is okay with Taehyung and Jisoo..I was drinking a glass of water but it almost goes into my lungs.

„Don't get out of the house!“ Chen shouted through the mind link and I quickly hurried over to the window, hiding behind the curtain, I took a peek outside and— Some rogues had gotten here, but if it was only them it would be fine... Tao was fighting Ravi..

I didn't think as I hurried outside, I didn't give Ravi time to react before I jumped on him. After I jumped back, and we got eye contact, he smirked.

„Isn't it a nice afternoon for a picnic princess?“ I just stood there, ready for anything he could do? „By the way how's your friend?“ He could probably see the anger that I was trying to control.

„I didn't kill her, did I? Please believe me, that wasn't what I intended!“ He tried to sound so sincere but I knew he didn't care about her. The others were fighting around us while Ravi and I had a staring contest. But suddenly I felt someone behind me, pushing me forwards. Ravi quickly caught me and threw me up on his shoulder, I saw how Tao tried to
get to me but more and more rogues stopped him.
