Chapter One

""Liyah!" I heard my mom call me from the kitchen "are you dressed the bus is almost here"
"Yeah I am " I yelled back running to the front door "bye mom I love you "
"I love you too honey " she said she's Asian so it sounds weird .

-My name is Aaliyah Nicole Monroe I'm 5'2 with long naturally curly brown hair I'm brown skin . I am 15 years old . I go to Lincoln heights high school . -

"Wassup Aaliyah" I heard someone say
"Oh hey Jay " I said with a blank expression. Jay was the biggest hoe at Lincoln he been trying to get with me , Nifyra and Skye for the longest time but ain't nobody giving him the time of day . I go to the same school and see the same lame ass niggas everyday , exactly why I'm not excited about today ain't nothing new happening .
"Aaliyahhhh baby " I heard Nifyra say
"Heyyyy bitchhhhh" I said smiling
"I missed you girl" she said hugging me
"I missed you so much more , where Skye ?" I said confused
"You know she always get dropped off like a queen at school " she said walking round like a penguin she always been a fool.

"Damn Aaliyah what happened to you ? He said smirking . I sure did not miss him always saying something. "Whewww Nifyra that ass " caray said dapping up Daymon . I told Nafara to just ignore them they not important.
I sit with Nifyra and just talk to her about her summer then we pull up at school . We walked in together and we saw Skye waiting for us she looked happy . "Hey Skye" we both said . "Hey Yall " she said "but anyway we all in the same home room"
"Oh shit its Finna be turnt " I said hoping up and down "calm down you lil monkey " Nifyra said laughing
"We're in ms.lings home room" Skye said guiding us .
We sat beside each other in a lil triangle .
"It's time for the introduction time" said Ms.Ling "you" she said pointing at me "oh well my name is Aaliyah hi everybody " I said smiling .
"My turn okay . I'm Skye hey " Skye said cheesing hard .
"I am Nifyra " she said with a straight face .
"You boys turn over there " she said pointing to three boys in the corner .
"I'm Jermaine hey " he said smiling . he was light skin tall with curly hair & a juice cut lawd he was fine 😍
"I am Andrew wassgud yall " he said twisting his hair . He was brown skin with a lil Afro he was tall his outfit was on point but he was cute too .
"Well I am corahn how ya do" he said making everyone laugh . He was real light .. White but he was aight he had tattoos and shoe game.
She passed out our schedules I had physical science , history , & algebra 2 for my first three classes . Then it was lunch and I had computer class & gym for the last two classes .

I walked in quiet and slow I sat in the back , that boy Jermaine was in my class he came and sat in front of me .. I put my head down .
"Wassup" he said turning around
"Oh hey " I said writing my name on my paper .
"You pretty very pretty" he said smiling at me .
"Thank you so much" I said blushing .
" Awh you blushing , what bus you ride ? " he said looking at my name
"211" I said scratching my head
"Oh snap me too lil shorty " he said looking up at me
"Oh that's wassup" I said slightly smiling
"You gon sit with me " he said touching my hand
"Uhm I guess so " I said looking around
"Who you looking for ?" He said looking around
"My friend Skye" I said looking down
"Ohh her , my nigga Andrew wanted to talk to her he she was bad " he said looking at me
"Oh forreal? Then why don't yall eat lunch with us today " I said smiling
"Alright will do ma" he said smiling back

First period flew by fast as hell so did second period it's lunch now .

"Heeeeyyyy" Skye said smiling then her face changed and she looked at me then him .
"Tell her what you told me Jermaine" I said tapping him
"Ohh my nigga Andrew said Waassup " he said smirking
I sat there and watched Skye blush hard Af .
"Give him my number then " Skye said blushing "218-567-8907" she said slowly
"Okay I will" he said

My classes were boring and my bus ride but now I'm getting ready for tomorrow. I'll see how that goes .
