"So that's all we have to do?" Lance questioned.

Keith was repeating once again what they were doing so Lance wouldn't worry. Tomorrow they were going to head to an organization called "The Wrong Soulmate", an organization that helped people get away from abusive soulmates. Keith was going to report Lotor get resources and make sure the marriage with Lotor wouldn't go through.

"Yea! That's all," Keith tightened his grip around lances to comfort him.

"So just meet up with Pidge tomorrow?" They we're headed back to Lance's place.

"Well I mean, I think only I'll go," Keith said nervously.

"Why?" Lance questioned.

"Pidge said if I go with you it might be suspicious, like that I'm trying to run away with someone else."

I suppose that's fair, "Lance frowned.

That night felt wonderful, Lance and Keith so longer nervous in the others company, freely able to kiss the other. Not only that but it was hopeful finally there was hope they could be together and Keith would no longer be in his situation. They spent hours just talking, silently staring, and feeling the euphoria of being in the others company.

Keith tapped a message on himself not being able to contain it, " •-•• --- •••- • -••". Yea that's what he felt and everything was good because of it.

Then tomorrow came.

Keith and Pidge nervously but still excited to get Keith in a better situation stood outside the corporations door.

Pidge encouraged Keith, "This will work, I did my research and they'll help us take all the steps to report Lotor and to help you get out of your situation."

Keith nodded i  response as they both walked in, approaching the receptionist, "Um hello?" Keith tried you grab the attention of the person behind the desk.

"Hello, can I help you?" She smiled brightly.

Pidge but in trying to help Keith out, "Our friend in an a abusive relationship with his soulmate and we wondering if we could get resources to make sure he doesn't get married to him?"

"Oh of course, one sec, let me call Ms. Honerva to help you out," She picked up her phone.

The both of them waited patiently feeling as if they'd finally done it, like they didn't have to worry about Lotor anymore.

Then Ms. Honerva came out and Keith muttered under his breath with fear, "Haggar."

Pidge looked concerned, "Do you know her?"

With wide eyes Keith shook his head yes and quietly stated, "We have to leave," he hesitated as the women started to turn around he spoke a bit louder and grabbed Pidge's hands getting up, "We have to leave. Now."

Without looking back and without question Pidge ran out of the tiny building with Keith until they were far enough away for Keith to be comfortable. They sat down on a sidewalk out of breath and leaned against the back of a building. "What was that?" Pidge questioned.

"That was Lotor's mom," Keith was still catching his breath as he answered.

Pidge looked almost defeated, "there isn't another 'The Wrong Soulmate' for hours."

"Fuck," Keith muttered.

"Keith, when I did the research there's not much else we can do."

Keith was starting to form tears in his eyes seeing his hope being ruined, "I can't do it Pidge, I can't marry Lotor."

"I know," Pidge tried to comfort Keith, "Will Lotor's mom not believe you then."

Keith looked at the ground, "She encourages Lotor to be the way he is, theres no way."

"When are you getting married Keith?" Pidge questioned.

"Two weeks," he replied.

"Fuck Keith," Pidge responded, "I don't know, I don't know what else we can do."

Keith started crying, "Fuck. Fuck. Fuck."

"Keith I'll keep trying but I don't know what to do."

Keith wipes his tears away as more came out, "Fuck, I can't, what if..." Keith took a deep breath, "I need Lance." Keith got up, "I have to go."

Keith ran away from Pidge back to Lance's he was out breath and crying. He opened the door and exclaimed, "Lance!"

Lance quickly came to the front door, horrified to see Keith in so much distress. Keith walked toward Lance and wrapped his arms around him, "Lance we have to runaway."
