Best Friends, for now

Chapter 4:

"Scarlet?...Scarlet?..Scarlet?"

"Whaaaat?"

"Get up we have to go to school."

"Can we just ditch?"

"Yeah but who ditches the second day of school."

"The same people that ditch the first day of school."

"Scar."

"OK fine I'll get up."

I showered got dressed. Then Matt and I started our voyage to school but not before picking up some coffee, and Matt let me ride his penny board again. He said I got better. Then we found ourselves in front of the hell hole called school. When people saw us show up together they weren't surprised but I did see a few disappointed freshmen.

We were some of the first people there, and the school wasn't even open yet. Jasper arrives two minutes later as the doors open.

" You guys are early today."

" I know, why are you so early?"

" I'm always early, you guys are just never early enough to know that. "

" That makes sense. "

" Hey guys. "

" Hey Kylz."

" What's up, you look terrible."

" Gee thanks, I had to babysit Caroline last night, and she would not stop crying ."

" Aw well maybe you can get some sleep before the bell rings."

" Hopefully."

A while later people started slowly trickling in and school started.
