"Timothy Regan Foust! Get your butt out of bed!"

Adam and Austin had tried to get Tim up for at least 30 minutes. The blonde had a meeting scheduled with his therapist at 12pm. If they didn't get Tim up and ready to go to Chance's room, Adam would be late.

Groaning, Austin walked over to the bathroom and grabbed a cup, filling it with water.

"You gave me no choice, dude." With that, he poured the water onto the stubborn man.

The cold water made the man jump up quickly from the bad. He glared at the two men before wiping his face. Objects were thrown at the two men by Tim. He flipped them off before walking into the bathroom to take a shower.

"Jeez, cranky much?" The red head rubbed his shoulder from where the book had hit him. Adam threw his head back in laughter at Austin's comment.

Once Tim had gotten a shower, he walked out of the bathroom to find Adam and Austin gone. Sighing, he went to his closet to find clothes. He wasn't in a great mood today, so he decided to just put on a t-shirt and joggers. When he decided he looked decent, he pulled his hair back into a ponytail and walked out of his room.

Chances room was a floor down from his. There were 4 stories to the institution. Floor 1: Life Threatening Disorders ( cancer, cystic fibrosis, ect ) Floor 2: Incurable Disorders ( deaf, blind, ect ) Floor 3: "Curable" Disorders ( anxiety, depression, ect ) Floor 4: Psychotic Disorders ( schizophrenia, paraphrenia, ect )

People on Floor 1 aren't allowed to leave their floor, just as the ones on Floor 4 can't leave theirs. But Floor 2 and 3 patients are allowed to leave their floor. It was unfair really. The nurses insisted that it was for the patients on Floor 1 and 4's safety. Tim thought they should be treated the same no matter their disorder.

Tim stood in front of the baritone's door, nervous to knock, but unsure why he felt that way. He reached his hand up to the doorbell and pressed it. When he heard footsteps, he stepped back a little. The door opened to reveal a happy looking Chance. He smiled and hugged Tim shortly before inviting him into his room.

Chance shared his room with Avi and Layne. Avi and Chance were deaf, although Avi only partially, and Layne was paralyzed from the waist down.

When Tim entered the room, he smiled. There were photos everywhere, which he assumed Chance had taken. He remembered him saying that he had went to college for photography. After seeing some of the pictures, he was surprised he didn't get a job doing it. He was really good.

Chance looked up at him and smiled, "So what would you like to do while we are here?"

Tim just shrugged, "I have no idea. Maybe watch a movie? Oh or video games?"

Tim had learned sign language when he was younger, although he never used it. He still remembered the language. Chance and Avi were the only ones in the group that knew sign other than him, but they could still speak.

"Yeah video games sound fun."

Tim clapped and nodded before walking to the couch, quickly. His excitement made the other man chuckle softly. Once he made his way over to the couch, he sat beside the bass and handed him a controller. Tim had picked out a game and put it in the console.

"Hey! No fair! I think you're cheating!" Chance yelled.

Tim shook his head and rolled his eyes while laughing along with the other man.

"I don't even know how to play. How could I possibly cheat?" Chance shrugged his shoulders.

"I dont know! You could be like a super human computer thing!"

Tim raised his eyebrow and gave him an unamused glare.

"What? You're crazy good at this game and you've never played it! I've been trying to master it for months! I don't understaaaand!"

Tim shook his head, trying not to smile, and turned his attention back to the game.

As predicted, Tim ended up winning the game, causing Chance to groan in annoyance.

"Whatever. I still think you cheated."

"You think everyone cheats, dude. Last time you played with Layne, you accused him of cheating so much, he stormed out." Tim laughed, remembering how shocked Chance looked.

Chance rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly and chuckled, "Yeah... I guess I should tone it down a bit."

"Oh and speaking of Layne, have you noticed he has been acting weird lately? Like, off in his own world?"

Tim shrugged, "Well yeah, but I thought be was just going through stuff, like emotional stuff because of his therapy session or something."

"You know, I heard him and Avi talking about that new girl Kirstie. We met her the other day. She has Severe Anxiety Disorder. She wouldn't even look at any of us when she first got here, but she just clicked with Layne."

"What are you going on about?"

"Dude, they're perfect for each other. When she is around Layne, she completely forgets about everything around her. She laughs and makes jokes, and honestly they're really funny. I think getting her and Layne together would help her too. Maybe get her more comfortable with is and being here, you know?"

Tim thought for a moment. "Okay, so we're going to be cupid?"

"Exactly."

"Alright. I'm in, but you bring out diapers and a bow and arrow, I'm moving out of this place."

Chance laughed and clapped his hands together. "Yes!! So now we gotta make a plan."
