You can sing a lullaby/song and it will make any oppents sleepy and even fall asleep. The more confident you are while singing the more affective it is. The most affective music is always soft music. Pop rock is the worst for this quirk. Your hero costume has a voice amplifier. Humming can make the person really sleepy, singing can make them fall asleep. Draw backs of the quirk is that the longer you sing the more affected you are.
