CHAPTER 1❤

I woke up a bit late that day and rushed to take a shower but did not enjoy the hot water run down my body.I hurriedly got dressed before going downstairs for my usual breakfast.

I wasn't one for much of a variety so I usually had the same breakfast every week and today was not different from all the other days.

After having my breakfast, I kissed my world Candy goodbye.I had got her when I was 5years and I could sneak from school to go and play with her. I got in our chauffeur driven Rolls Royce.

To be honest I hated school since kindergarten.I remember when I was 5 years I got into a fight with this girl who was from an affluential family and I got suspended for beating her up.Daaaamn! I was so fucking happy that I was not going to attend the lessons that suck for one whole week.

I was still deep in my thoughts when our chauffeur pulled up in the school's parking lot.I grabbed my bag and got out.At least today was different since the Debate club had a contest and I was taking part.

The debate patroness was happy to see me,I was her favorite.The venue was arranged and the decor was just perfect.Different schools had been invited to the contest and I was eager to defeat their chosen one's and shine in glory.

"Hey everyone,"a dark boy approached my trio.He talked a lot and we were not even interested.Everyone had this Instagram thing in their mouth.

I decided to ask the guy who had approached us about his Instagram account unluckily he had none.

Gianna one of my friends asked about the 'socialites 'of their school.He pointed to a tall handsome guy who was kinda cute to me.I later learnt that talkative guy was called Derek.The contest began and I moved to a different room.

After some time we went to receive our results.I had won a lot of points that meant my school was leading.Derek called me.I went to him and fudge the sexy 'socialite' was there.Owhh...okay

"Hey am Asa Zain,"he introduced himself.

"Am Beverly Orion,nice to meet you Asa" I blurted out.

"Can I have a moment with her Derek,"Asa said.Derek walked away and left us.We talked for a short time and exchanged contacts to catch up later.He then promised to call me when he got home.

BEVERLY'S POV
I went straight to my bedroom when I got home and fell heavily on my bed.I later took a shower and got into my pyjamas.I was getting ready for bed when my phone beeped.It was Asa.

"Heey..Beverly thanks for today I had a great time.Is it okay with you if we go out during the weekend we can have dinner or a movie whatever you want."

"It's totally fine with me we can do both bye,"

I hung up and throw the phone on my bed.I made my hair into a messy bun and got inside my duvets.I did not want to think about Asa and it was crystal clear that I was falling for him.

I slept smiling thinking about 'us' No..no...no this can't happen no boys stay focused.I kept telling myself that shit.

ASA'S POV
I like this girl...I thought as I took a shower and went to bed. That night I had a weird dream about 'us',the dream was beautiful and I wanted to make her mine ASAP

The following day was a lazy day.I played video games and met with my friends.Later on I called her.

"Hey what's up..are you okay Asa?"

"Am okay, I called to check on you and to remind you of the date."

"Aww..thanks.I can't forget that." and she hang up.To be honest I just wanted to hear her voice It was like music to my ears.

BEVERLY'S POV
That day I met with some of my friends,then went shopping for the dinner date.I guess it was a date.I dunno know.

"Maybe you should try this midnight blue dress,"Kira said handing it to me.I went to the dressing room and tried it on.

"Wow!Those curves!!This dress makes you look gorgeous,"Africa said

Phew..I had got my dinner dress and marching jewellery.We went home and Kira helped me prepare.I did not want to look overdressed but perfect.My friends had even nicknamed me miss perfect.Not bad though I thought.
