I handed the cashier the money. I found most of it in parking lots. People are so careless. Not even caring that they lost a twenty dollar bill, because they have more than enough money. The cashier was still looking at me weird as she handed me the pocket knife.

I left Sams Club with some food samples in my ripped pockets. I drank from the water fountain the last time then headed to the parking lot.

I didn't know where to head. I decided to go toward the lake. The reason why I bought the pocket knife to survive. I could make so many things if I just had the right equipment. The lake was in a neighboring town, it would take two days to get there.

After walking two miles I stopped at the public water fountain. I grabbed as much change as possible. I ended up with a $1.75.The sun was setting and I needed to find a place to sleep. I like to get straight to business. I guess living ten years on the streets makes you want to get stuff done faster.

I found a park bench under a small triangular roof. I was at the playground. There were couples here now. Some were just holding hands and walking ,until I sat down they left. Most couples were to busy shoving each others tongues down their mouths to notice me. They disgust me. Wearing their rich kid clothes and way to much jewelry. While I'm just in used clothes I stole from a charity. I refuse to go into a home. Just because I'll never know if they will abandon me.
