A demon girl was sitting on a tree looking out to the city. The demon girl was in a class all her own; the other children had no idea what she was up to, but they got the idea that she was looking for something, or someone. The demon girl would swing on the branches and peer down at the unsuspecting town folk. Searching for someone, then she spots a human male walking down the street. It was the face of a boy that she liked best: fair and young and handsome, but also serious.
After seeing him, she jumped from the tree and ran towards him. But, just before the demon could reach the human, a lady, who the demon suspects as a siren. Walks up to the male.
Demon POV
I need to get him away from her, she'll take him from me. I blend in with the crowd. As I make my way over, I change my outfit to a black hoodie and black jeans. I watch where she's taking him, 'a bar seriously can't she tell he's under aged?' Might as well follow them.
I walked in an saw them sitting on the bar stools, she ordered what looked like a clear drink for the both of them. I rush over and grab her by the collar. I let a low growl and speak, "if you don't let him out if your trance, siren, I won't hesitate to-" then a hand was on my shoulder.
"Hey, (y/n), it's okay." I turn and see (h/n) (_his name_), he continues but whispers in my ear, " I know what I'm doing, she's a siren, and I'm a hunter, so don't worry. He smiles at me, I drop the siren and huff as I walk to his side.
I just glare at her as we sit down on the bar stools. The bartender walks over and asks me what would I like, "a blood- I mean a cherry soda please." I look to my left where (h/n) is sitting, he gave me a side glace saying, I was crazy, I almost gave myself away.
A half hour later we left, along with that bi- thing, into an alley, how original. Then he speaks, "I'm sorry miss but I have to do this," he smiles. I walk out of the alley since I hate what he does for his job, I mean how he does it. I heard screaming, but to normal people it would be singing.
'And that's why I hate sirens, nothing but screams. But I'm hesitant on this one thought, is (h/n) really human?'
