1. If you start the work today, your future self would have more time to relax and enjoy without feeling any guilt.
2. One day, you're going to look back and wish you could still do that thing, or still have the skills and passion -- do that thing now while you still have time. Enjoy every bit of passion before it burns out and be directed to other things.
3. It does look good to picture yourself being successful in the things you want, so turn that vision into reality.
4. Achieving what you want will bring smile to your loved ones' faces. Actually, as you start and make progress, that would already be bringing smile to them and you would feel energized to go for more.
5. One day, your dreams will come true. Strive and remain focused to turn that "one day" into "day one."
6. By doing effort, you get to practice mindfulness, appreciation, discipline, and even builds a strong character that would improve your relationships. A simple act of doing your task actually does so much more than you could have possibly imagined.
7. Some things actually are not that hard as you think. Your brain could be playing tricks on you just so you could sit down and do things you like for gratification. Gratification could make you happy, but not for so long. You would crave it, but the satisfaction would not be there. Doing what you are supposed to be doing would have you fulfilled. There is a right time for everything. For now, do what you are supposed to do.
