We Need Heros

The new queen sat in her throne. She wore a long black dress and her hair wasn't tied down.
"My lady." A voice said. The guard captain walked into the throne room.
"What is it my liege?" Queen Lana asked.
"We need to start looking for people willing to kill The Dark Prince. We can't just sit around and let Zak terrorize about."
"Can't you and your guards go find him?" The Queen asked.
"We have a town to guard, your majesty."
"Start telling Anviltide and the nearby towns that we are looking for heros."
Just then 4 people walked into the throne room. They wore dark steel armor and had swords attached at their waists.
"We heard you are looking for people to kill Dark Prince Zak?" The leader of the group said. He had short blonde hair and yellow glowing eyes.
Something was wrong here.
"Who might you people be?" The guard captain asked.
"My name is Than." The blonde haired man greeted.
"I am Armina." A woman with brown hair and light orange eyes said.
"Sir Koray." A man with light brown hair, a goatee, and bright unnatural purple eyes greeted.
"And I am Macha." A woman with short black hair and light blue eyes said.
"How do you even know about our plan to kill Zak?" The Captain asked.
"We heard from someone at the party of course." Armina said.

"Well... I don't know. Something about these people make me not trust them your majesty." The captain said to the queen.
"Captain Reginald, I need you to find more people for the job. It's not that these people aren't good enough, but if we want to have a better chance of catching Zak we will need more than just these 4." The Queen ordered.
"Alright, If you need us we will be in town." Than informed before walking out of the throne room.

"Your majesty, if you would allow me to speak." The guard standing to the left of Queen Lana spoke up.
"Yes?" She allowed him to speak.
"There was one person I remembered that tried to kill Zak, and he is a big enemy of the Dark Prince."
"Well... The enemy of my enemy is my friend is an often true saying. Who is this person?" The Queen asked.
"His name is Russ. He was a commander of Zak's personal army before Zak got corrupted."
"Hmm... We will need to get Russ for our side. Reginald?" The Queen turned her head to the guard captain.
"Yes, your highness?" He replied.
"Search for this Russ person for me."
"I will do it, your majesty."
"Thank you."

"Dammit Than, I knew this wouldn't work." Macha retorted.
"Well don't blame me! Blame Sergeant Codil. He's the one who thought of this stupid plan." Than yelled.
"Well... He didn't know that she would ask for more than one group of adventurers." Macha defended Codil's decision.
"I just can't believe I am stuck in this boring spy job." Koray spoke up.
"It's better than having to clean up after the Cerberus." Than said.
"I guess you're right." Koray agreed.
"Let's just do our best so we can get back to fighting." Macha said.
