CHAPTER 1: ATKINS GNASHTON

I've been thinking on how to introduce myself in the class, I wanna make it perfect ha, like I did last year, students laugh at me and my teacher look embarrass but who cares? I just want attention. There's so many things to do. I usually go to the cinema and hang out with couples but they end up fighting because the guy thought his girlfriend cheated with me and my mom said to stop doing childish things because I always end up having a bruised Face . Fucking hell! It's not even childish, she doesn't have any humour that's why she said it's childish. I lay in my bed with a loud sigh. I'm so bored in this motherfucking house and I'm so glad that it's school year now.

I actually don't have friends, they say I'm so loud and annoying. People hate me because I'm slow-witted. What does it even mean? I'm more intellectual than them. I sarcastically laugh at my self. Really, Atkins? I just rolled my eyes and keep talking to myself. But hey! I'm not crazy, they say talking to yourself is a sign of intelligence. I think it's Interpresona or Intrapersonal, but news flash I don't care.

A knock on the door stop me from debating with myself. Hell, for sure I'll win with this stupid motherfucker.

" Atkins darlin', go buy something you need to use in school." my mom walk into my room and give me money. I roll my eyes and sit on my bed. " Mom I'm lazy, can I do it tomorrow? Pleaseee". I pouted my lips just to gain her sympathy but she only flick my forehead.
" ouch, mom! " she just laugh a little and move out in my room.

I just wear my hoodie because it's freaking cold outside. I walked out to my room when I immediately landed on the floor with my brother's laughing echoed. Did he just tripped me!? " you piece of---" I didn't finish my sentence when my brother hand me the car key. My mood already light up because I love driving his car and it's a nice Audi. My parents won't buy me a car because they say, I will fuck it.

" Go get some pizza after you buy your things, do not fucking forget it Atkins, I'm famished ". he growled. My brother is a 3rd year college in the school I'm going in. He's a kind one but I never messed up with him so I don't usually annoy him. The last time I annoyed him, he flipped off and threatened me to break my bones, and he also punched me and I stay unconscious. With his height of 6'2, my brother is a beast. A good beast.

" Okay, Nietzh. Be back, I'll be quick" I grinned and he just stare at me knowingly and cross his arms. He knew I'm lying. " Go, Atkins. Make sure to buy me a pizza. I'll be in my room." He walk away and went to his den. Snob dork. And so I leave the house and drive his car to the nearest mall.

I bought all of the things that I want and then I check the time, it's almost 22:00 and I leave the house at 17:00. Nietzhe's going to kill me. I almost forgot the pizza but I immediately run in the restaurant and I'm waiting in line. So many people in here. Damn, I need to get out of here fast. I put my finger in my head and think heavily and come up with the idea.

And I started crying..

" ooooh please, I'm begging you. Please let me in the line first. My brother is dying and he only last wish is to eat pizza" I sob really hard and the people stop doing things and pay attention to me. Some look weird and some has sympathetic look. I grinned internally. The people in line allow me to go first until this one guy standing and with his back right in front of me. He never flinch and start ordering things. I facepalm internally. Didn't he hear me? God, people always pay attention to me.

I tried to reach his shoulder but his damn tall and huge. His broad shoulder is not allowing me to reach it. So I poke his back and then he look around him and his eyes settled on me.

His fiercing dark grey eyes look at me and I feel overwhelmed and I feel my cheeks burning with his scrutinizing stare and it makes me stop doing my act. " I... " I'm lost in words. I can't believe how handsome this guy is. I admire his face staring at me and there's a permanent scowl in his face that looks intimidating but I find it hot. Wait what!? I immediately blink few times.

" Cat get your tongue? " his beguiling smirk drag me into reality. I already stopped crying and I was speechless for few minutes just looking with this guy.

" No! My tongue is here. Look" I show him my tongue and he look at me weirdly. What? Did I do something wrong? He said the cat get my tongue but it's still here. I hear the group's laughing and he just rolled his eyes. I look at the people who's laughing and they're huge just like him!

" Come on, Greed. We're hungry here, man". Ooh Greed. His name is familiar and it's cool. I nod silently agreeing with myself.

" Next time you act, make sure you stay focus on it so people will believe you. " he slowly whisper to me and give me the box of pizza. I take the money in my pocket and give it to him but he refused to take it and start walking to his friends. And I don't know what shit come into my mind that I introduce myself to him.

" My name's Atkins Gnashton!" And I didn't expect him to say his name but..

" Greed. " he smirk and I don't know why I feel happy after knowing his name.
