Chapter 13

Jessica and I were sitting in a nearby park with the kids, we enjoyed having coffees here while the twins played. I sighed and looked down at my take away cup " Jess I don't know what to do anymore ?" I mumbled to her, she looked at me sadly.

 She has seen the struggle I've gone through over the last 2 years and understood that I couldn't take the pain. " Clary love you will be fine, it's been 2 years since you've seen him maybe it's time that you have moved on " she told me.

 But the more i tried forgetting the harder it got and the worst i would get depressed " I prayed and wished that he would come home again to me and our children " I whispered chocking back a sob " everyday i look at Joshua and all i see is Harry, all I think is what would Harry be teaching our son " I wiped a few stray tears from my eyes. She wrapped a arm around my shoulders " you're the most caring mother Clarissa and just because Harry isn't here to be their father doesn't mean they are going to be any different ".

I just shook my head and looked over at Darcy and Joshua, they were giggling in the sand pit and it brought a small smile to my face. Of course i needed him but maybe having him not here is making life a little easier, I would either be worried if he was staying or if he would bring trouble into our home and we don't need that.

I stood up and grabbed the double pram walking over to the kids playing. Jessica helped me put them in and strap them tightly, we both decided to go and get some ice cream on the way home. As i got to the ice cream parlor i ordered two small bowls of Chocolate for the kids while i decided not to have any.

We all sat outside and watched the twins eat there ice cream when suddenly i heard a familiar voice " Clarissa ?" someone asked behind me, i turned and froze when i seen Gemma, Harry's sister behind me. I stood up and smiled " Hello " I said but was cut off by her hugging me tightly " Thought i would never see you again after everything that happened " i just nodded pulling out of her hug but what she was looking at scared me, she was staring at Darcy and Joshua.

 " Who's kids ? " she asked and i sighed heavily " Mine " i mumbled. She looked up surprised " you moved on? " she asked angrily and sad. I shook my head " their Harry's ?" she asked with tears in her eyes and i nodded.

 She crouched down so she was their level and smiled happily " I'm your Aunty " she cried softly. I smiled and looked at her " Their names are Joshua and Darcy-Anne " I told her smiling. She smiled brighter " Harry always wanted a daughter names Darcy, ever since he was little. He even named one of my dolls Darcy " she chuckled softly as did i. She stood up and looked at me " have you seen Harry ? " I asked her. But she just shook her head " I thought you might of because of them two " she said to me but i just sighed "  he knew i was pregnant but not long into the pregnancy he left just disappeared again ".

 She hugged me again and told me she was sorry for her brothers actions. I promised to keep in contact with her.

I was awoken at 2am by Darcy screaming again, for the last couple nights she has been doing this and i don't understand why. First thing she does is start coughing when the sun goes down and is hard to settle her for bed time. But once she's asleep which she doesn't go to sleep until midnight, she's up again at 2 in the morning.
