Riley's POV:
"We're getting married!!"
Those three words were ringing in my head ever since Saturday night. My Mother and 'Soon-to-be Stepfather' Frank, dropped that bombshell on me at dinner a few nights ago. That one sentence turned my world upside-down and back-to-front in a matter of seconds.
I mean I do like the guy. He's pretty funny and you can tell he loves my mom (plus he is pretty rich so thats a bonus). There's just one little problem. Okay a big problem. Frank has a son. A cocky, arrogant, asshole of a son! Yip that pretty much sums up Andy Robinson in three words.
Andy is the school's star quarterback. 'Mr Popular'. Living up to that old high school cliche by dating the Queen Bitch/ Head Cheerleader, Holly. He may be good looking on the outside but on the inside he's just a plain old jerk-face.
And now that jerk-face is going to be my Stepbrother. YIPPEEE!! (note the sarcasm)
Also to top it all off, my mom and I are moving into Frank's house next week.
Fuck my life!
