Prolog and Chapter one Taken.

Within Potswick lived a family, by the name of Angel-Ray. A family well known for it's history of famous inventors in Galar.

The same family which invented the Dynamaxing of pokemon year's ago. It became extremely popular as years passed, making Galar known as the gigamax country.

Zoe Angel-Ray aged nine years old, soon to be turning ten within a few days time. She has short brown hair, styled in a messy pixie cut. Aquamarine coloured eye's, Slim build and curvy, standing at five foot tall. (Shortie)

Her dream was to fight in the gym challenges across Galar, with her partner Eevee. Aiming to become the champion.

Zoe was given Eevee as a birthday present from her parents for her eighth birthday.

Zoe's mother Clara Angel-Ray is a famous inventor, who invented a way to Dynamax pokemon without using a power spot.

Zoe's father Nathan Angel-Ray worked as Labratory Professor with Zoe's mother at the time.

Both of her parent's were known for their research, becoming very famous throughout Galar. This had also attracted enemies, resulting in many break-ins at their home back in Hilbury.

Zoe's parents thought it be best that they move to a far corner of Potswick, so she could grow up safe.

Clara and Nathan had moved to Potswick when Zoe was five years old, their home was located in a distant corner of Potswick, close to a forest called the Slumbering wealds.

The house was a decent sized single story thatch cottage. Stationed on a small hill with a small stone path way leading down to the road.

The outer walls of the house were white, dark brown oak beam's making up the base of the house and the edges of the windows. 

At the end of the road a large wooden gate was located, marking the entrance to the Slumbering wealdds. . A huge forest area that was connected to western part of Potswick. The forest was deemed unsafe by the current champion and Chairman of Galar.

Many trainers and travelers a like had gotten lost within the forest, due to the thick fog from the marsh lands.

Growing up in Potswick was peacefull, the landscapes where beautiful for it's rolling fields and beautiful sunsets. It was a small town connected to Wedgehurst. Located in the country side of Galar with a small population of both people and pokemon.

The nearest town was accessed by either train or flying taxi. Taking over an hour to get too.

Zoe aged nine, was intending to join in on the gym in upcoming days. Her aim was to challenge all the gym's and become the new champion, then travel to other region's to do the same.

Wanting to be become a master champion, known world wide.

Zoe had chose the best way to train, was to journey into the Slumbering weilds. Although it being forbidden to enter, Zoe would leave the forest before dark and be home before anyone noticed she was  missing.

Zoe and Eevee had spent the majouritory of the day training, battling other pokemon within the forest. Sunlight was fading and fog was becoming thicker around them, limiting their sight of their surroundings.
