Weapons: Colt M4A1, FN SCAR-H, FN M249 SAW, Heckler and Koch MP5, D-50, Sig Sauer P226. Bio: Simon Carter was a nice boy with terrible parents, his mom was a unemployed meth head and his dad was a former stickup man who was caught and is currently spending a life sentence in jail. While he grew up he was constantly abused by his mom and he didn't do well in school, his record says he was expelled from one of his former high schools for defending a student. Once he finished high school he realized couldn't go back home to his mom. With nowhere to go Simon joined the Marines to get away from his house, but he liked his job and took up a career path. The time came when he had the chance to become one of the Marine Raiders and Simon, looking for something new and exciting joined. He passed the physical and heath tests with flying colors. From what I've been able to gather through Semi- redacted files are he did many operations in Iraq Iran and Afghanistan. About 3 years after he found his place in the Marine Raiders Aurelia Arnot, the current holder of the position "Six", found out about him and invited him to our Anti Terrorism Organization. Once he arrived he was probably the most popular person at base! He was friends with everyone including Operator Tiana, but the thing he's most known for is his success in winning over the heart of the Bosak Tempest, it was almost as if they were created for each other, I wouldn't be surprised if they were soul mates! It seemed as if Simon had it all, he was the highest he would ever be. From getting beat by his terrible mother, to becoming a badass MARSOC operator with a beautiful girl. But as the saying goes, it only goes downhill from here. Off the bat Ela saw something was wrong. He was staying away from almost everyone but her and he had a very short temper. She told Operator Gustave about her findings on Simons behavior changes and she learned that he somehow had developed a really bad case of Bipolar disorder with a side of Antisocial behavior. One day Ela was walking back from the gym when, per usual, some recruits started to harass her. Simon saw this happening and he snapped, killing two of the recruits and severely injuring two others. Simon was called upon to report to Six's office for punishment and didn't arrive. Simon must've saw the two police officers come into Six's office to arrest him for manslaughter. He turned out going AWOL having Ela go into a deep depression. His current whereabouts are unknown but we might have a possible fix on his location. A newspaper arrival I was reading one morning stated that a jewelry store in Los Santos, San Andreas was robbed by four men, one with military grade weapons and gear. As of late the White Masks have been getting more powerful to where we have to send full strike teams to defeat them.
