This is Elijah McClain In his free time, he would go to the local shelters to play the violin for the animals He was on his way home after getting tea for his brother, while listening to music and "flailing" his arms. (Likely dancing) he wore a ski mask because he is anemic. Cops found him "suspicious" and tackle him to the ground. They injected Ketamine into him to "calm him down". He died later. Here are some of his last words... "I can't breathe... You are phenomenal, you are beautiful, and I love you. Try to forgive me. I'm am so sorry, I am so sorry. OW that really hurt... (He starts to cry) oh, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to do that, I just can't breathe correctly."
