Chapter 1:Suicide By The Bridge

Today was the first day of being a senior high school student for Camila Cabello,who just transferred schools because she was bullied,it wasn't an easy year for Camila Cabello.She was sure that this year isn't easy too,she says that because she doesn't know anyone at this school. She thought that she was never leaving that misery but someone had told her mother to let her switch school before it happens again.She wasn't excited to go to school but she has to.

"The traffic on Monday morning,the traffic jam is severe on Northwest 1st Avenue,heading towards Miami River.There's an event at 11 a.m."

"Oh,no.The traffic will get worse and we won't be able to move." Sinu groaned.

"The next news is a middle school student in grief about grades..."

"I said I will go by myself but you refused.I'm sure Sofia at the back would't like this,"Camila said.

"Committed suicide by the bridge,Miami Police Station reported that on the Northwest 8th stre-" Sinu cut the radio before the reporter could say something else."Goodness,a middle school student?"Sinu  gasped.

"They found her on the floor unconscious."

"Poor thing."Sinu said.

"She was immediately taken to the hospital but sadly,didn't survive."

"Kids these days.."Sinu said.

"She was devastated over her last test grades,this led to her suicide."Before the radio could talk again Sinu turned off the radio.

"Camila,your dad and I thought very hard before deciding to move to this school."Sinu said.

"You'll feel awkward at first."Sinu added.

"I know,it's okay,don't worry I am grown enough to worry about myself."Camila said before Sinu chuckled.

"How about you go to school? You are already late,just pass that bridge and you know where you are going to."Sinu said and Camila opened the door of the car along with her bag which was on her back hanging.

"Are you sure?You were the one who insisted giving me a ride to school." She asked her mom just nodded.She was walking pass the bridge and saw a pretty good-looking girl on the deck of the bridge hanging on the side and saw her almost fall so she quickly ran to her and pulled her away from the deck causing them to fall to the sidewalk.

"Hey,what the hell were you thinking?"Camila asked and stood up followed by the girl.

"What do you want?"The girl asked and harshly pulled her hand of Camila's hand.

"I'm sorry."Camila said before leaving her.

"Hey,you."The girl yelled which made Camila look back.

"What is it?"Camila asked.

"You got a light?"the girl asked Camila shook her head.

"No,I don't,sorry."Camila said and walked.

"Hey,I never said you could leave me here yet."the girl scoffed and Camila stops walking forward.

"You should really mind your on business in the future."the girl added which made Camila run to the stairs going to the school.

When she arrives at the school she was punished by standing outside and holding their hands out. Camila and the other girl was punished because they were late.

The taller girl went near to Camila.

"Hey,are you new here?I'm Dinah Jane Milika Ilaisaane Hansen but Dinah for short,I'm 15,I know I'm young to be in senior high but yeah hey."Dinah introduce herself.

"Yes,I am new here,I'm Karla Camila Cabello Estrabao but I don't like being called my first name so Camila it is,I'm 16."Camila said and saw a familiar girl on the hall walking towards them.

"Don't look at her,Mila."Dinah whispered.

"Why?"Camila asked.

"She's the school's bully."Dinah said and put her hands down the girl then pass through them and goes in the classroom then sleeps.

"You both are not allowed to talk while in punishment." the teacher said and hit us with a ruler on the head then went to continue his class.

"Dammit Dinah,that ruler freaking hurts."Camila said.

"Lauren Jauregui!Get up,"the teacher yelled.

"What?!"Lauren yelled back.

"What do you think you are doing?As if being late isn't enough."the teacher yelled.

"Let me sleep it's not like I would get a zero on a test."Lauren argued.

"Damn,she really is a troublemaker."Dinah whispered.

"Not afraid to face him,yeah?"Camila whispered back.

"You have no manners,Jauregui."the teacher argued back

"Manners won't give me more points sir."Lauren scoffed.

"How dare you?!"the teacher raised his hand to slap Lauren but Lauren held his wrist and tighten her grip.

"Don't fucking touch me."Lauren yelled pushed her teacher to the floor Lauren then left the room forgetting her bag so Camila grabbed the bag of Lauren and followed Lauren to the rooftop.

After that it was silent in between the classroom and the hall. Lauren went to the rooftop of the school not aware that Camila was following her there.

"Might as well end the pain here huh?"Lauren asked herself.

"They only care about my grades,not one of them asks me if I'm okay or fine not even my parents."Lauren said.

"Hey,are you okay?I have your bag here you go."Camila said and gave Lauren her bag.

"You're that girl that stopped me.I'm not gonna say thank you though."Lauren coldly said and grabbed her bag from Camila.

"Yeah,it's okay and don't smoke that."Camila said and grabbed a lollipop from her pocket and handed it out to Lauren.

"How's a lollipop gonna help?"Lauren asked.

"Please just try it."Camila said

"I don't like watermelon flavor."Lauren argued.

"Fuck it."Camila said and opened the lollipop after opening the lollipop Camila handed it out to Lauren.

"Okay,then whatever your name is."Lauren said and grabbed the lollipop from Camila's hand after grabbing it she ate it.

"I'm Karla Camila Cabello Estrabao, Camila for short."Camila said.

"Okay,here listen to me okay?"Lauren said to Camila who just nodded.

"We can be friends outside of school but not inside because you are too kind and sweet I wouldn't want you to ruin my bad ass reputation."Lauren sweetly said.

'Your eyes are so beautiful you are so beautiful I can't believe that I have a crush on you right now.'Camila thought. 

"Camz...Hello??"Lauren said waving her hand in front of Camila's face.

"Who is Camz?"Camila asked receiving a laugh from Lauren.

"It's you,you are such a dork."Lauren continued laughing.
