Haechan's love for you shone as bright as the sun. If not, even brighter than the sun itself.
He loved everything about you, even your flaws.
He always showered you in compliments and kisses everyday, praising you whenever he could.
You were his entire world but that world was crushed as you looked at him sadly, his smile faltering.
"I wanna break up."
"W-why?" he stuttered.
"I don't... love you anymore Hyuckie and I don't want to string you along. You deserve someone who will love you back." you smiled sadly at him.
"But I... I love you... Y/n! I love you! You can't do this!" he voice raised hysterically, him walking towards you, grabbing your hands.
"Haechan-" you started but was interrupted. "String me along! Lead me on! Just don't leave me please! I don't know what I'll do without you!" he had started crying, getting on his knees and grabbing your legs.
You looked around yourself becoming embarrassed as people walked passed, staring at the scene.
"Haechan, get up. You're embarrassing yourself." you said but he didn't listen, his tears staining your jeans as he cried.
"Please don't leave me! Please!" and you grabbed his hands off of you, stepping back.
He looked up at you like a kicked puppy, his eyes red.
You felt bad.
You didn't think he would take it this hard but you knew you had to do this.
You weren't in love with him anymore and he needed to accept that fact and move on.
"You promised Y/n... You promised me that you'd never leave me. That we'll always be together..."
"Haechan I'm sorry. I really am. I hope you can forgive me in the future but, it's better to move on than to hold on." you said.
"I love you." his voice cracked out and your heart tore in two.
"I'm sorry. Goodbye Haechan." you said, turning around and leaving quickly before deciding to rethink your decision.
Haechan got up from the floor, the tears still flowing from his face as he watched your figure walking off into the distance.
You promised him you wouldn't leave, that you would always love him.
You couldn't just fall out of love with him.
He wiped his tears away.
You weren't getting away from him that easily.

With the way how Haechan reacted, you were surprise that he wasn't doing anything weird.
Obviously he didn't want to talk to you anymore and even though that stung a bit, you didn't let it affect you much.
As you walked home from your job, your phone went off and you took out looking at the screen.
Unknown it read and you pressed the answer key.
"Hello?" you answered.
You didn't hear anything.
"Hello?" you asked again and this time you heard a sigh.
"Whatever." you said, hanging up the phone and continuing your walk.
As you walked up the steps to your building, your phone went off again.
