"BUBBAAAAAAAA" I yelled watching my brother Ar'mon and my dad fight as my mom pulled me back
"Shut up" she placed her hand over my mouth
I watched as my brother pulled out a gun and shot our dad multiple times making him collapse on the floor.
He then turned to me and my mom. His chest was moving fast asf.
"Let go of my fucking sister or I'll blow your goddamn brains out" she let me go and I ran to him
"Close yo eyes" I closed my eyes and he pulled me to his chest
I heard gun shots go off and then a body collapse on the floor.
"Get yo shit we leaving" I nodded and went upstairs packing my stuff
We left and that was our last time in Saint Louis, Missouri.

"Ion wanna go" I crossed my arms slouching in my seat
"If you'on get yo stupid ass out the car" I looked at him
"Bubba Ion wanna go" I pouted
"And Ion care" I huffed
"Get yo shit and head your lil dumb ass in the fucking school Marie ian playing with you" I got my bag and kissed his cheek

"Bye" I got out the car and made my way inside the school
I saw a lot of children roaming the halls.
Now to find this office.
I walked through a long ass haul and saw this door that had Headmistresses Office
I walked in and saw this dark middle aged woman sitting at the front desk.
"Um hi I'm here for my schedule" she looked at me
"Ok what's your name sweetheart" she gave me a warm smile
"Marie Nelson" she started looking through a stack of papers before handing me mine
"Have a great day" I nodded
"Thank you" I walked out and bumped into a group of girls
"I'm sorry" she mugged me
Hold on why the fuck she mugging me
"Watch where you going bitch" she said and walked away with her friends
Calm down Marie it's your first day of school
I walked to my first class which was English in room B7 on J hall.
I had got help from a few people.
I knocked on the door and a white teacher opened the door with a smile
"You must be Marie" I nodded
"Have a seat in the corner next to that young lady" she pointed to a brown skin girl in the back of the class
I walked back there and sat next to her
"I'm Crystal" I looked at her
"I'm Marie" I said and she nodded
"You not from here" I shook my head
"Nope I'm from Saint Louis, Missouri" she nodded
"Well let me get to work before this bum ass teacher have something to say" I laughed and we both got to work

It was now lunch and me and Crystal was in the lunch room
"Ion want this nasty ass shit" I pushed my tray away from me
"You should've got something from the vending machine like I did" I shook my head
"Ion like those nasty ass snacks" she hummed
"Ok so what you doing tomorrow night" she asked
"Nothing why" I said pulling out my phone
"It got this party that happening out by the projects side...you tryna slide" I shrugged
"Maybe I just have to sneak out cause my brother is not going let me go" she nodded
Let's hope he don't catch my ass
